Delivery takes 45min-1hr AFTER leaving the store. Pizza comes cold, and boxes are wet or tipped over. Won't order from this store again.

Had to rebake my pizzas when they arrived. I could have just gotten a frozen pizza.

I select Leave at door every time I order here and rarely is it ever honored nor are my instructions followed.

Last time I ordered, and selected leave at door which wasn’t honored, the delivery man wouldn’t just give me my food after our greeting and continuously was asking me questions about the animals I had in the house and about my tattoos, which was uncomfortable since I was in a rush to close the door so my cats wouldn’t get out. Because of this the door was opened for too long and my cat ran out. Luckily she didn’t go far but I then had to place half the food on the floor, as he hadn’t just handed me all of it, and go chase her down in the front yard. Meanwhile the delivery man is still trying to talk to me about my tattoos which at that point was making me very uncomfortable seeing as I am literally just trying to wrangle my cat and get my food and be done with it.

Today I ordered again, selected leave at door with specific instructions for delivery NOT to ring or knock as I have a sleeping baby with a dog that will bark, along with to leave the food on the side table on the porch next to chairs. Not only did the driver ring the doorbell which set my dog off and then woke my baby, but the food was left on the front door mat where we wipe our feet.

Over the blatant disregard of attention to detail and will just not be ordering from this location anymore.

I am a fairly recent customer of this establishment and food chain in general.

My go to for when ordering is this particular Dominos restaurant in fact.

From pick up or delivery, they always deliver quick and swiftly which I am always thankful for.

The food is always prepared well and efficiently. It has quickly become my top spot for pizza and I want to thank this particular Dominos team for that.

Pizza arrives one hour late and cold every time. Then you get a coupon from Domino’s but it doesn’t work because you need a minimum order amount. So you have to add items you don’t need and you wait and wait and wait…. for another cold pizza. This is the absolute worst experience. One has to be masochistic to deal with this. It’s not a pizza experience. It’s a punishment. Look below. Went into oven 45 mn after ordering. Came out of oven at 6:58. Still checking it almost one hour later. And don’t even try calling. Nobody picks up. Then the driver left 30mn ago and still nothing. Hitting the 2 hour mark since ordering. This business is absolute garbage. LATEST UPDATE: order marked as delivered and nothing was ever delivered. Checked with neighbors. Nothing at all. We are no into consumer fraud

Customer service does not exist. There are no apologies for poor customer service, only excuses of being busy. I attempted to handle my issues with the store by calling, but got hung up on three times after waiting 5 to 10 minutes each call. And the managers reason is he’s busy. Even while talking to him, the phone was ringing. Proper customer service would be to answer the call and put them on hold, but instead they just let the phone ring and ring and ring and don’t answer.

Food was cooked wrong as well as burnt and items were left out of my order. But I’m the problem for calling to try to get this fixed and then having to come into the store.

I’m a loyal customer that placed an online order, immediately, I wanted to call the store to adjust my order. I called over five times and no one was answering. Once I got to the store, my order was all ready to be picked up. One of the employees started to give me attitude because I was apparently in his way when I didn’t hear him say anything directly to me at all. And I decided to not pay for that pizza because I never got my order adjusted so they let my coupons go to waste and my free reward which I did redeem was the stuffed cheesy bread! Thanks a lot Dominos for hiring such lazy, unprofessional workers that have headphones in. No wonder they weren’t answering phones?

I waited two hours for my order. I saw my delivery driver go into a completely different neighborhood 20mins away when I literally live less than 10mins from this location. He even returned to the store! (Btw they would not answer the phone) At this point i rushed down for a refund. The worker told me he had returned because he forgot something… Yet when i looked at the app again, he was still 18min away in a completely different neighborhood!!! What’s frustrating is that i live close and the worker at the store didn’t apologize or say anything. He just looked at me as if i had inconvenienced him! Never ordering from here again.
