I ordered two med pizzas for pick up . Get home and one is cold and burnt.when I call the store and ask what can be done about the food that my child doesn't want to eat . I am told nothing .the manager Carlos would not even get on the phone with me . I asked for his supervisors info or when they would be in and they hung up on me . Quick recap food was shit ! Zero responsibility taken . Zero ownership of a problem. In response to my questions I was told not our responsibility so not our problem. When asked for information about their owner or supervisor they hang up on me .I call back and put on hold .

Real bad customer service I called them because I had a problem with the order address delivered to a wrong address. They hang out my call and didn’t help to deliver my order. Someone else got free pizza I I pay for it . 😭😭😭 L I tried to call them they answered my call but hangout the call just were I was about to tell them my address to deliver the order. 😿😿

I visited Domino’s around 10:10, and the employee who served me was very disrespectful and had a bad attitude. I waited to speak with the manager, and eventually the manager refunded my money. I was very disappointed with how I was treated and wanted to bring this to your attention.

The worst trash service of my life. On August 14, 2025, at 10:30 pm, I just walked out of this hell. When I entered the store, a very angry man asked me if I would order or pick up. And I sat for 15 minutes without doing anything, and an angry woman stood in front of the pos. She didn't come to take the order, but i was tired of waiting and asked for the order, but when i saw her angry face, my appetite completely disappeared. I bet this is the worst place on earth.

Walked behind a driver who has no sense of awareness and just let the door shut on me. 3 employees made eye contact with me and saw me walk in and didn’t greet or ask what I needed. Waited 2 minutes until a Hispanic gentleman with a pony tail greeted me. I don’t leave reviews but bro……
