Don Pollo is my go to place when I am hungry. Their chicken is good and tasty. I love the yucca when freshly made.

This location always gets my order messed up and always has something missing. When I get home im always missing a side and sauces but yet I get charged for it. 3 times consecutively I have been disappointed with the service here.

Quite good pollo, a bit enthusiastic on the cumin, reasonably priced, and generous on the sauce department. Speedy service and live soccer games.

The people who serve are not polite. I went because I love Peruvian food but I had a very bad experience because the cooks were upset because I told them how I wanted my food and they made it for me in a bad way and when they delivered it to me they made it for me. throw

The food is spectacular but the service is sometimes quite delayed... today in particular I ordered a dish and they were delayed to the point that I had to go to work without lunch... for the future when a part of the dish is The delay is explained to the diner to see if they have the time to wait. It hurts that this type of thing detracts from the presentation of a restaurant.

Size of chicken as changed from my previous purchases. I have been coming to this location for the pass 10 years. They changed the size to half from the way it was in the past. Menus saw a larger chicken. Please, change your pictures on your menu to reflect the current size. Possible lawsuit.

The food at this restaurant is very delicious, but they have very bad service at the Glenmont store. Specifically, my husband bought a mixed ceviche today and asked if they could put more cassava instead of corn, to which they responded terribly that that couldn't be done. when, it is the customer who decides what to eat and what not to eat ? they are terrible they make the store very bad

This is my second bad experience on this place and with the same guy that works as cashier. A week ago when he took my order was moody and his customer service was terrible. Today in my last visit 06/21/2024 the same guy with a rude attitude but this time he also just mess up my order, when I arrived at home my order was totally wrong. This is my last visit to this place.

I always come here for my lunch break the food is so good but unfortunately today was not a great service I ordered the Lomo saltado +add shrimp for $8 I got back to work and noticed there was no shrimp on my plate so I asked if they could remake my meal because I already drove 30 minutes there and back with the food in my car the cashier said okay as I’m waiting I noticed the person making my food was only cooking shrimp on the shrimps fell and she picked the shrimp up with her hands and tossed it in the bowl and tried to serve it to me at this point I was disgusted and asked for a refund it’s upsetting because the food is really good here but seeing poor hygiene with just the shrimp imagine what else they serve like this

I like Crisp and Juicy better.
