“Hey, we just came in for some ceviches and the food was really good. But I noticed there’s a fuel surcharge added to the bill. I’m not sure if that was added by mistake or if it’s something you normally charge all customers. We usually don’t check the receipt, so it just caught my attention today. The food is spectacular but the service is sometimes quite delayed... today in particular I ordered a dish and they were delayed to the point that I had to go to work without lunch... for the future when a part of the dish is The delay is explained to the diner to see if they have the time to wait. It hurts that this type of thing detracts from the presentation of a restaurant.
The seasoning is very Latin, that is, familiar. We like it a lot.
