One of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. Consistently understaffed and there is no way to figure out what is going on or when your order is coming out. I won’t be going back here.

I had one of the most disappointing experiences at this Dunkin’ today. I just came in and tried to make an order at 3:15pm . The two ladies working told me to go to the kiosk with no customers in line. The two ladies then proceed to say racist comments to me. I was so shocked and confused on why I am being treated this way. The two female employees working during my visit were unprofessional from the moment I walked in. They acted as if helping customers was an inconvenience, barely acknowledged me, and seemed more interested in talking to each other than doing their jobs. My drink was thrown together sloppily, and the overall experience was honestly frustrating. Management really needs to address customer service here because this level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I won’t be returning until improvements are made.

I was very pleased with this Dunkin’ branch (Georgia ave in front of hmart). The service was good, the place was very welcoming, the restrooms were clean and ofcourse, the food was so good!
