My experience at Dunkins at the Fenton location in Silver Spring was great I love my experience there the clerk by the name of Justin was so amazing his customer service was so great he took care of everything that I needed and he was so professional with everything when he was talking to me and I think he’s real great assets to Dunkin’ Donuts company i love my experience there thanks Mr. Justin thank you Dunkin’ Donuts and you guys are so amazing 👍👍👍👍

Today is 10/25/2025 the girl working at the front counter was very rude and so disrespectful to start the coffee was so nasty and my breakfast sandwiches were not very hot then she is going to actually argue with me in front of other customers and when I asked to speak speak with the manager she told me know and then said that they was unavailable this place is the worst

Been here twice - no issues! Justin is great behind the counter, glad he is there to make your order right. The $6 meal deal can't be beat (although at times I would like a few more hash browns 🤣)

Holy crap you all scheduled one worker there and he had like doz people standing there waiting for drinks and food. I left out he was flustered and panicked not a good scene. He stated no one else was scheduled to work that morning with him come on now you all have to do better. He needed help it was ridiculous he was doing the best he could .
