It isvery cold to sit down and have coffe. The air conditioning is very very cold. still on instead of heater at this time.
The music is very loud to talk to friends while having coffee.

I always go through the drive thru and the staff are always so rude. Went in today for a $6 meal & did not even get bacon in my sandwich after ordering a bacon egg & chz on a croissant! Unbelievable

Who ever did this needs a new job because for almost a 4$ bagel it should be toasted and at least spread with cream cheese instead of just being slapped on. For some reason it just keeps getting worse at that location when it comes to the food. People are friendly but when it comes to serving the food as it should it’s questionable. Go to another location fyi

They should check this location is so bad. Service and food it’s different from another locations. No ketchup. It’s like drink you soda without straw. So bad. Bacon avocado toast. They just add little of bacon so bad. Don’t come here.

Review for Dunkin’ Donuts – August 5, 2025 at 2:15 PMAbsolutely unacceptable experience today. I ordered a special cake for my son, and not only did Dunkin’ Donuts completely mess up the order, but when I tried to speak with a manager to fix it, she was contacted by phone—and instead of helping me or taking the situation seriously, she immediately took the staff’s side without listening to my concerns.
To make things even worse, the employees behind the counter began speaking in Spanish and laughing, clearly mocking me. I don’t understand Spanish, and that’s exactly why they used it—to speak against me, thinking I wouldn’t notice. That kind of behavior is disrespectful and cowardly. I used to really like Dunkin’ Donuts, but after today, they made me hate it. The way I was treated—as a customer and as a parent—was beyond disrespectful. There was no apology, no accountability, and absolutely no professionalism. I will never order from this location again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before doing so. A business that allows its staff to mock customers and mishandle orders doesn’t deserve your money or trust.

The girl at the drive thru window on Tuesday afternoon knows absolutely nothing about good customer service. I go there every week and see that from her but last time was the worst. I told her I got a drink reward for the app and her response was... I don't have the app so I don't know what you're talking about!!! Apparently that was going to give her more to do and she got pissed! bad that. I'm not going back!
