super hit or miss, but solid for convenience. I was really disappointed today when I stopped by this Dunkin’ and was charged $1.05 just for a cup of tap water. I’ve always appreciated Dunkin’ for being affordable and convenient, but charging over a dollar for water feels unreasonable, especially when I was already making a purchase. I hope management reconsiders this policy, as it comes off as nickel-and-diming loyal customers over something so basic.

It's hit and miss. I always order the same thing. This morning was a miss. So much surgery in my coffee. I just threw it away. I even asked why is it on my receipt. Was lied to. So. I like the coffee. But only rarely can I get it without a lot of sugar. So back to 7-Eleven it is.

Terrible service. When in today for donuts and no one even talked to me to ask what i needed. I went ahead and started ordering via the screens. A group of ladies came in and they were immediately greeted and orders taken. They all got their orders filled immediately. Meanwhile i was waiting patiently for mine that was made before them. They even got additional orders and left, while i was patiently waiting. The dunkin employees went about their business like there was no customer waiting. They continued taking drive through orders and completely ignoring me. I finally asked about my order and only then did someone come out to give my two donuts -already made. Very disappointed. I guess i was the same color as the people that they wanted to give immediate service to. I could have just gone down to safeway or even 7-11 to get my donuts. Never again with Dunkin!

I actually never knew there is a Dunkin here. First time stopping by and the staff was helpful. I'm not used to ordering donuts albut staff agreed to help. Can be busy in the morning. Food is great but four stars because of too much sugar. Be very careful with that.

I placed an online order today and added a valentine day donut on there but at the pick up window the girl told me they ran out and i would be able to get 2 free regular donuts. She never put them in the bag or gave them to me

Beware the phone number on the Google maps is directs to a different store. They were very helpful and fulfilled my order, but it was definitely stressful because I ordered several dozen donuts in the morning.

We go here a lot. Today, my order was messed up. No big deal, mistakes happen….my food was supposed to have no egg but it came with egg (everything cooked beautifully). I brought my little kids inside with me to ask for it to be corrected. I was very kind and just said “these were not supposed to have egg, sorry”… no attitude or anything bc I understand it was a simple mistake. Well….when my “fixed” order was done, the lady brought it out and slammed it down quickly saying the order and walking away….when I opened the bag to look at the food, they were so overcooked that they were barely edible. Wake up wraps that were so crispy and the cheese was so burnt that you couldn’t even see it. I didn’t feel like complaining again. But I’m super irritated. I spent money and only ate like 3 bites of each wake up wrap due to how over cooked the rest was. Do better yall! You know you over cooked and it and didn’t care!

This is by far the slowest Dunkin location. Have waited almost 10 minutes for an iced coffee and a donut. Hopefully they make a change soon

Walked in because 3 drivers pulled in ahead of me into the drive-thru. BOTH staff members looked at me, totally ignored me and went back to doing what they were doing as I waited at the cash register.

No “Good Morning”, No “We’ll Be Right With You”…NOTHING!

And THAT is the problem with being Black in Montgomery County…even an entire staff of Latino employees don’t have the time to recognize or greet you because you aren’t White or “important enough” for them to stop what they’re doing for FIVE seconds.

It’s cool tho…it’ll be the last time I stop here! Believe that!!!

This place is hit or miss. It really depends on who is working it seems. I've gone there in the past and got my mobile order immediately and other times I've had to wait 20+ minutes.

Do not expect to get limited time offerings/specialty donuts from this location. I went 6 separate times to try and get a brownie batter donut when they were offering them and every time they did not have it. Disappointing.

Recently I got a churro iced latte with "less ice" and it was nearly all ice. We are already over paying, just get the order right.
