$1.06 fee to put tap water in my own water bottle. Ridiculous. The reason for it? "My manager told me to".

Don’t come here! If you’re around or in the area there is a Dunkin 1mile away from here who serves better customer service.
I live just right next to Dunkin literally a walking distance. Been here plenty of times but every visit is horrible. I just had a experience again at the drive-thru with my kids they wanted donuts. I had only $50 with me didn’t bring my phone or cards. The lady at the drive thru (blonde/blackish hair) was so rude telling me repeatedly they don’t accept large bills. I asked for a put up sign so people know but again rude about it saying “well i dont put up signs” she could have handled it better knowing she’s doing customer service. I would understand and come back since i live right next to it. I’ve been to many stores where they have a sign so people are aware. How can this store just opened and already have a bad reviews? From now on I wouldnt mind driving 1mile for a better experience.
The worst Dunkin around. They take 5 minutes to answer the drive thru line and every single time one of their more popular donuts is out. Like 5 times in a row now, at differing hours of the day. This place is terribly run

DO NOT COME HERE! worst experience at a dunkin. my fiancé and I were greeted with this lady that had a horrible attitude. we asked for a moment at the drive through so she decided it was best to just ask another coworker to come to the window to greet us in spanish instead. ( We asked for a minute to look at the menu, not an interpreter.) They have almost no food or drinks “in stock” so we were already compromising our experience there. We made it to the window when the lady who originally greeted us finally decided to attend to us. Only to be given what seems like leftover donuts. ( don’t get any sprinkled donuts, they will only come with sprinkles on the side with very little frosting )So we went inside as we weren’t satisfied with the food or drinks we were given to ask for a refund. I felt very interrogated and got backed into a corner by, again, their very rude employees. After minutes of the interrogation we were eventually told we have to come at 6am the next day if we wanted to speak to the manager so we can possibly get our refund but that our food looked just fine to them.Very unsatisfied. I will never recommend this location to anyone. I’m more than disappointed. Smh.
Ordered large cappuccino from here I got half a cup of coffee so much room in the cup including foam that could fit a medium from 7-Eleven inside just go to Starbucks or go to 7-Eleven or the other dunkin

Line is always long at the drive thru
Smells like a bathroom inside the whole place and the service was extremely poor. Walked out without getting anything.

Terrible service. This has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve never had a good experience any time I’ve come to this location. It doesn’t matter the day or time. The customer service and wait when there is no one there is mind blowing.

This is a friendly local dunkin' donuts ? They are always super sweet to me, and the area is ALWAYS clean. You can smell the bleach upon entering! They always have fresh donuts and pastries in stock, and I love the mini donut balls there for my kids and I to share. It's so affordable for a mum of two! The space is limited for seating. Maybe about 6 people can eat and rest at one time. It doesn't get much crowded, so it won't be an issue most days. During the holidays and school days off, expect it to be packed. Remember, they make fresh and delicious food, so it is worth the wait. !
Parking: You can park right in front of the restaurant or go through the drive through.
Kid-friendliness: Clean bathroom, mini donut balls, kid infant seats, and a window area for them to eat and rest by the restroom away from judgemental eyes.
Wheelchair accessibility: You can roll yourself there, yes!

I guess the people working there were semi-polite, BUT I placed a mobile order at 8:31 AM and I’m currently still waiting for it to be fulfilled at 9:15 AM. I even went inside after sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes thinking it would be faster

I went here with my daughter and the coworkers were so behind on orders that they started arguing and cussing with one and other in front of my daughter! You could also hear them all bickering while They were in the back also. They were moving so slow that they took over 15 minutes to make two coffees and a muffin for us.I’m so not going back EVER again.
