I had consistently received bacon that appeared to be microwaved. I reached out through the app to let them know and the district manager (I think) reached out to me about it and said would be corrected.
I’ve been back twice now, both with 100% better experience with the bacon. It’s now crispy and cooked rather than floppy and greasy

I visit Dunkin at least once of month because of my AMEX rewards. This is the second location to give me Boston Creme donuts that look like this. I understand that they might be too fresh to sell and they need to cool down. If told, i would have opted for something like else. I didn’t even receive napkins. Its only $4 dollars but over charging for some little donuts that look like this… This ice coffee was fine though

Went to this location at 8:30pm but I was told I couldn't buy because we was cleaning the machine. Mind you they close at 9pm. I went out my way since wheaton location is being renovated

We love Dunkin, but at this location it is impossible to get a simple coffee!!!
At the drive thru we were greeted with a “ Waite a minute” which turn into a few minutes. When we said “hello?” The person replied “I said to wait a minute”!!! 😳
Wow wait a way to get rid of the customer.
We had to leave with out a coffee. We will not comeback for sure.
