Impressively bad Dunkin'. I came in to order a frozen coffee and waited 5 min at the counter while the lone employee chatted on his phone in the back. When he saw me he didn't even put the phone down, but instead left it on speaker when he rang up my order.
My resulting frozen coffee had something terribly wrong with the ice to coffee syrup ratio and was so bad I threw it away.
Thank goodness there is another Dunkin' in town now.

Most times I stop here for a coffee have never had any issues. Nothing remarkable just standard chain food and drink.

I come here to get a large chai latte with two shots of espresso every other week or so. Usually they do a great job. But on weekends, the people working have no idea how to make anything so usually tasteful latte comes back to me with no taste at all. I don't usually spend $10 on a beverage for it to still just taste like cold coffee. I'd recommend MUCH MORE training for the weekend staff because I won't be coming back here on weekends unless they can give me what I ask for (and if I have to go back into the office on weekdays then there goes my business).

February 25th at exactly 6:30pm this guy claims the oven is broke which was a lie I seen someone eating a breakfast sandwich inside the store but he claims the oven is broke fire this guy who cares more about himself bad service bad customer service

Ordered on the app, paid for it, then showed up and there was no ticket and a huge line and they only had 2 people working so i waited like half an hour without help then had to give up and leave

The food didn’t taste bad, just the bagel was tough & chewy.the doughnuts are comically small compared to other local dunkins. the interior is more less in disrepair. the staff is doing the best they can with what they’re given but if i’m paying for doughnuts they shouldn’t be so tiny i finish them in two bites

Wrong order spilled berevage other spots usually cover bervages when it's delivery however this was not so it can be tampered never had this issue with other Dunkin' Donuts very unsanitary , careless and clearly doesn't know what they doing cause even the donut I ordered which is a strawberry sprinkles end up being jelly which I don't even eat .. I don't usually do reviews but the way my order came really upset me

This is the worst dunkins I have ever seen. The food is nasty, not to mention the place always stink with the homeless people sleeping inside. Oh wait until you order toid and the septic tank start emptying the waste in the middle of breakfast traffic. The health department need to close the place. It disgusting
Just got my order delivered and they made a caramel macchiato with no coffee. I told them it was wrong. The guy who answered the phone claimed he was just getting there and if I hold he would look into it. And if I come in he would assist me. Not only did he not give me his name he hung up and refused to take my call back. This is not only inconvenient for me because I paid for something and didn’t get it but they handled it unprofessionally.

Usually my coffee is just okay and the donuts are hit or miss. But Today i had to throw out my drink cause there is some stuff floating around the bottom of the cup. cant tell if its dirt or coffee grounds but i wouldnt want to drink either
