Never have grubhub orders ready for the driver or in the system. The workers never want to make the order. This has happened multiple times and has wasted my time.

The customer service in this location is getting worse. I really hate going here now. The staff act like they don't want to be there and look like they hate their jobs. This morning I ordered ahead. Went in and stood in line in the pick up mobile orders. One of the employees was there with a fleece hoodie on and the hood tied so tightly around their head, all you could see were their eyes nose n mouth. I waited 20 mins for my order and finally had to stop an employee and ask if my order was ready. They handed me my order from beind the counter. At this point my food is now cold! So i asked, don't you call the order numbers or the name when it's ready? Their answer was No! And they walked away. No one checks with customers to see what their waiting for anymore. This staff needs to be trained correctly on customer service or need to be removed from that location. Customer service 0/10

They call this coffee which was just water with a “scent” of coffee.I told them even before taking a sip,”hey this can’t be coffee, look at the color” but they said “no it’s coffee”…no wonder nobody goes to Dunkin’ Donuts.I wouldn’t have gone myself if I didn’t have a gift card….

I ordered a latte with an extra espresso shot. I got a cup of milk. I asked the employee if it had the extra espresso shot. He said yes and then said I don’t know. It was the color of milk and tasted exactly like milk; no espresso whatsoever, definitely not an extra shot

Went to get breakfast /doughnut the customer service was terrible.. need to put someone has good customer service skill .. especially busy place .. was a girl cashier .. I enjoyed my doughnut all the time though

I was just in there to order my usual... TREATED ME LIKE CRAP .... Very nasty attitude upon me coming in thru the door ...AND HE WAS TRYING TO OVERCHARGE ME! after it took him a full two minutes to get the order right on the register! Never crossing those doors again!
