It doesn't have a drive through, so I went inside. It was raining. The store was PACKED. The staff was very pleasant. As I was leaving, I discovered my order was wrong and had to go back (in the rain), but they were very gracious and apologetic. I'd stop again on a sunny day for sure.

This morning, my sister went to pick up breakfast from this location, and she specifically told me that there was no drive thru, so she went into order. when she returned home, I noticed that my food had bacon on it, and I have not eaten meat in over 19 years. I went up there to ask for my food to be replaced without bacon, and when I handed the food over, the workers huddled in the back and talked for a minute and then came back and asked for a receipt. I told them I was not the original person to pick the food up and they were adamant that I did not get my food from this location. I live close to this store so it would not make sense for me or my sister to go to any other location. I was late to work and was unable to eat my food after spending 20.00 at this store. The young African American girl was very polite and understanding, but they older ladies were rude! I will be contacting corporate.

I said Light and Sweet just like I do at any other Dunkin, and the ladies were confused. Got an attitude, refused to let me use bathroom, need to learn how to communicate and customer service.

I frequent this Dunkin quite often. They always have my pumpkin cold brew and most of the time make it to perfection. The young lady in the evening gets it right all the Time and she is very very kind . I even gifted her for Christmas to show my appreciation. Today I was very disappointed and bothered when i asked for less ice( as I usually do) and they filled my cup with ice. The manager told me they can’t give less ice for that particular drink……. Excuse me. “Not for that drink”
We went back n forth about “why not?” I particularly don’t like my drinks super cold.
Nor do I want to pay for only a cUp of ice to get less of the drink. She said they couldn’t alter the drink. I’m not asking to alter I’m asking to give me less of something. The bottom line is this. You have a disgruntled, loyal customer over ice. Is it worth upsetting a loyal customer over ice and not have a good reason as to why. Online it gives the option to choose “less ice” sooooo why not give the customer the option in the store or tell me that when I placed the order and have it on my receipt. I have gotten this drink on 3 occasions, with less ice and this is the 1st time I got it when the manager was there. I’m sure she told the lady making it not to give less ice. She was not very pleasant in her delivery to me either. I just ended the convo and left the store. I came home took most of the ice out and it’s literally a 1/3 of the drink in the medium cup. How can you make someone have something in their drink that they don’t want. I asked for the policy on it and she showed me the measurement cup. Smh.
Today is my birthday. I’m going to try and let this go. It may be challenging for me to return.

On a whim we went here today to get a couple of donuts around 4 pm. This is when they r supposed to get a fresh batch. Apparently the ONLY variety they had was the chocolate glazed donut. This is what the counter guy said. And he gave us two COLD ROCK HARD donuts. They were stale with the typical old stale pastry smell.We had already driven away from the store when we opened the bag, I begrudgingly ate mine, it was probably 2days old if not more, it was a frozen donut. Wawa has better donuts! My SO threw his out and we have decided to report them to the corporate as well as any food safety agency we get to know of. We bought only 2 glazed chocolate donuts, imagine what the assortment would be if we got a box.

My son has food allergies so I have an unusual order of just toasted bread with a turkey sausage patty. One of the younger girls there realized a less expensive way to ring in my order. That really meant a lot to me I dont know her name but this is now my favorite location and I would go out of my way just to come to this location. The other staff are great too because none of them give me an attitude or hard time about my sons order. Other Dunkin locations have staff that need to learn from this location. ❤️
