I asked for less ice and they still gave me a whole bunch but that’s not what this poor review is about. Their coffee is watered down and disgusting not to mention I’ve never gotten a good drink here coffee or refresher. The food taste the same but comes out slow even when there’s nobody else ordering anything. In my opinion if you want a better Dunkin’ drink go to any other Dunkin I recommend downtown silverspring or Randolph rd because they know what they’re doing.
This is one of the places where they have poor service. The lady, with the name tag Rupinder, does not know how to serve customers. She raises her voice, she is hot tempered, and continues to speak in Indian when I try speak to her. She knows a limited amount of English words and shows no courteousy when a customer speaks to her. The other girl by the name, Aribah, was kind and respectful though. It's just that Rupinder came from behind and started giving out orders and acting bossy, just for doing her job of serving where they say buy one get one free. I regret coming on a day when it was her shift.

Worst experience visiting this place , I left by accident a brand new iPhone here and literally they stole it to me . A relative to an employee of this place admitted they had found it and returned to the manger but they did not give it back! Then, when I knocked the door of the last seen location with the police they changed the history!Awful behavior of this people!
They downsized the doughnut selection. Chi tea was awful.

This is my favorite DD in the area. They always get my order right and if there are ever any problems, they are happy to fix whatever it is. I come here at least a couple times a week and always have a positive experience.Parking: Parking lot that's shared with other businesses, but because DD is on the corner you'll always find parking
