This is one of my all-time favorite Dunkin Donuts stores. Located in the Northgate Plaza Shopping Center, next to the Walgreens in Aspen Hill, I go out of my way to get my morning latte at this store. One of the many reasons I give this location my business is that I want to support the all-female staff. Not only is the staff quick and efficient with every process from the register to the drinks to the food/donuts, but they are also constantly on top of the cleaning. During downtime, machines are pulled away from the walls for sweeping, the floors are mopped, cases and counters are wiped, and the trash is emptied. There is no ego about who works the registers or makes the drinks and food. This staff works as a team and each team member handles whatever task needs to be done in that moment in order to best serve the customers. This team is friendly and efficient whether it's calm or chaotic. This is a smooth, well-run Dunkin Donuts. Oh, and if you need a last-minute gift for someone (or yourself) they always have tumblers on hand in various sizes and colors!

Was very disappointed stepping into this space? It was very hot outside and I wanted to get a frozen coffee but they told me they was gonna charge me for extra two cue of ice for a dollar unacceptable, very disrespectful, need to reevaluate your services.

The manager, whose Hispanic female was very nasty, rude, and unprofessional. I complained about her nobody contacted me to fix the problem. I will never go there again, and probably she is chasing more customers away as we speak.

Ordered my phone way in advance Waiting to be told the type of bagel is not available so I had to change it up. My 3 drinks came up first which I had to ask for a cup holder tray. Then told that I need to buy a bag so not only did I had to change an order but now had to wait behind 3 customers in line to purchase a bag to carry all the stuff I purchased. Ridiculous

I ordered on the mobile device they have for their 5 dollar meal. I made sure to put on there no cheese for the wraps. They didn't listen and then tried insulting my intelligence after I showed them the cheese on there and how even the sticker didn't even say cheese on there and that I clearly pressed no cheese on the menu. Instead of making me two new wraps with no cheese the lead person there decided to escalate the cause for concern saying I was wrong. Very unprofessional and the lead person there on this day 1/1/2025 deserves to be fired.

These ladies barely speak English thats the first problem what the hell is really doing on with HR I’m not against hiring different ethnicities but lord at-least be able to speak a little English. Second thing I’ve experienced weird looks as if I was there to rob the place & third and last thing can I not ask for a fork, spoon or a cup of water like really.

I'm a regular at Dunkin Donuts but I usually just order pick up. I went in for the first time today after a long run, requesting a small cup of water for my thirsty dog, and the rude lady who barely spoke english stood there looking angry and asked me: "1 or 6"? I was quite confused because I couldn't understand her, until I realized she was charging me for water. As far as I was aware, Dunkin doesn't charge for a small cup of water. ( I later called 2 other Dunkins in the area and they confirmed that a small cup of water is free.) I told her I'm a regular and had never been charged for water before but she refused me. It was quite outrageous considering all the overpriced pieces of avocado toast and below average coffee I've spent my money on frequently. I will not be spending a dime on dunkin from now on and will put my money elsewhere. Horrible customer service. This is no way to treat a regular customer.

Listen I don't normally write reviews for fast food unless it's really bad or really good.I personally always use the Dunkin down the block with the drive thru, however this location is ALWAYS ON POINT. My drink is never wrong or inconsistent. I've been coming here when I know I want to not be disappointed.Look at that foammmm, my girl actually shakes the drink not just letting the flavor sit on the bottom ?

Very bad service, I asked for a hot cappuccino and they gave me a milk bath, how bad, that service, here they ask for caramel in the cappuccino, they didn't throw me out, they would try to learn a little more about drinks.
