Very bad service, I asked for a hot cappuccino and they gave me a milk bath, how bad, that service, here they ask for caramel in the cappuccino, they didn't throw me out, they would try to learn a little more about drinks.

Nice place but I usually change my mind about stopping here because of the homeless folks hanging around right outside DD. They always ask for money and even if I offer to buy them food instead, they insist on money which I refuse. They’ll actually sit or lie down and sleep right outside the door all day long which tends to deter business for DD. It’s annoying and makes me uncomfortable so I tend to not go here anymore. Wish they would enforce no loitering/panhandling ordinance a bit more.

Looks like every other Dunkin Donuts but the coffee here is terrible.It’s basically coffee flavored water. My guess is they don’t use enough grounds to save in coffee or maybe reuses the grounds? Either way, it’s pretty bad and this is the one thing that you’d think would be consistent. Complete waste of money. Threw the coffee away

The young women who served is could not have been more unfriendly. I was paying with cash but had no idea when she was ready to take it because she just stood looking mad. When I realized she wasn't going to hold out a hand. for payment I extended my hand and she grabbed the money out of my hand. The place was filthy, trash can overflowing, no clean tables, I will never go there again.

I had a terrible experience this morning. I ordered a hot coffee with oat milk. When the drink came the drink had no oat milk. So I asked if I can just add a little oat milk and they said I had to pay for a splash of oat milk. I find that very rude considering the fact that I paid for something I didn't get.

This location happens to be more accessible and closer to me than the one around the corner on Connecticut Ave., yet it’s been disappointing the last few times I’ve come. I ALWAYS order from the app and pre-pay. I order an XL coffee with a coffee roll. They’re constantly out of coffee rolls which is understandable. My issue is that I always have to ask for an alternative option and am offers one donut. The coffe roll costs more than a donut and I never am given more than one donut to compensate for the remaining balance. What a jip. I know it’s only change, but they wouldn’t allow customers to come up short.
