For 5 dollar a day coffee there should be better customer service I’ve gone every day this week and the attitudes could be better the woman in the morning are a tad rude the young man on Saturday was a lil better if you work the Window you should be patient

I went this morning and the lady working the drive thru has the worst customer service. My order was not correct so I ask for it to be fixed, she took it back to fix it. She then ask me to move forward and her timer still going, that is not my fault get my order right the first time. She is very rude and unprofessional.

The employees here are very disorganized rude including Maria the manager I’m assuming this is by far the worst experience I have had here so far.
The cappuccino machine is always “broke”. If you order a latte or macchiato around 7am. They say the machine “broke”. This is a regular occurrence. Via drive thru.

The drive through space is a nightmare. You may want to opt to get out of the car! The staff is super friendly.
Waited in the drive thru 30 minutes. Cars started leaving for waiting so long. Get to the window the girl seems totally lost no customer service. I’m talking to her she’s completely lost. They need new management or something this is terrible. Can’t even pull in the parking lot cars everywhere. I have never waited at a Dunkin’ this long or seen this customer service

Will not be , I walk into the store, no one was at the cashier, an employee walk up to the counter and stated good morning how may I help you ? As I began to speak she literally threw her hand up and stated I’m not talking to you : yes I told her she was rude unprofessional , yah come in our neighborhood want us to spend our money in your store and don’t give up the common respect as a customer and they are only happy when they’re Spanish / dominan etc…. come in the door, we come In The door we get attitude. Racial discrimination all day, no black or any other ethnicity working in the store really and they can barley speak English learn the language of yah want to continue to do business here . But when it comes to that check that can speak clear English.
