Eastern Carryout

I've patronized this place on and off over the years but have come to realize it is in fact one of the best Chinese carryout places in the area, not much room to sit and dine but then normally people take out anyways, but I would definitely say that the food is delicious the employees are very nice

The order was wrong and when I called back to report it, the cashier insisted that I didn't request the exclusion of mushrooms and broccoli in both my dishes. I even double checked before he brought the dishes out and he confirmed that it was correct. Mistakes happen, but it is more important how you resolve them . The cashier hung up on me. I won't do business with Eastern again.

typical chinese carry out. Only thing I dislike from here is the hot and sour soup. It lacks flavor, but everything else I've had is good

I went to pickup a carry out order for 3 people the other day. They were busy, and I had to wait a bit to get served, but hey, it's a carry out! I received our order, paid the man and brought it home. We all enjoyed our meals, I got the Vegetable Lo Mein, and it was tasty and filling. We will go there again.

I really don't give it 0 stars because it's not possible but I ordered a meal at 3:44 and called at 4:30 just to find out how much longer it would take for my food to arrive and because I was very hungry and the man who answered told me that I should cancel my order because he didn't know how much longer it would take for my food to arrive and because they were very busy and had bigger and more important orders than mine, meaning they made me wait almost an hour for my order to finally tell me that they would cancel it and they really are a 3.7 star restaurant I can't expect anything good from this place, (it was my first time ordering here)

I ordered fried chicken for a carryout order and they gave me flavorless fried fish. They had an opportunity to cancel my order or ask if I was ok with fish instead but they said nothing, took my payment, and gave me what I didn't order. Done with them.

Terrible. Disgusting food. Tasted horrible. It used to be a good spot now its just deplorable. Their prices have gone up and the food quality has decreased. Its like they didnt care anymore for repetitive business. Food feels like theyre cooking it with no passion or they have changed their ingredients. The combination rice has 99.5% rice and 0.5% meat. The rice feels tasteless. Been a customer for 9 years not returning anymore.
