I had an overall good experience here. The food was tasty. The young man making the sandwiches did an excellent job. I will definitely be coming back and recommending to others

Not only was our order incorrect in multiple ways, they also overcharged us and made it incredibly difficult to get refunded. The staff was also very hostile to each other leading to an overall uncomfortable experience.

The cashier was very rude and rushed us. He kept asking me and my boyfriend if that’s all we wanted , I asked his opinion before I finished , he rudely told me he didn’t have it before and then when I was done ordering he said thank god. I said you are being rude and he said no I’m not and then lied about what he just said. I understand he was special needs but this guy knew better than this because he had the capacity to lie when I said he was being rude. He needs to be put in a different role or receive more training , he is not ready and doesn’t have the patience or skill set to take an order.

Don’t normally leave reviews, but I ordered half a dozen sliced bagels, was given the wrong selection of unsliced bagels
I was even asked a second time if I wanted them sliced and said yes, so I’m not sure where the confusion came from.
Parking is also bad, but that’s standard for this area.

I ordered an iced chai latte and it somehow tasted like ketchup. I have no idea what could be in it to make it taste like that but it was disgusting. I had to immediately throw it away.
I also realize this may be a corporate thing rather than specific to this location but it’s annoying that you can’t order a breakfast sandwich without eggs on the app. Some people can’t or don’t eat egg!

Food is nasty paid close to $25 the coffee had black stuff at the bottom and my burrito was stale and was not fresh waste of time and I’m at work. Now I have wait days for a refund that sickening I lost my appetite

I tried the maple house bagel sandwich. It was $10 and I was still hungry after spending that much money. I also did not care too much for the sandwich as it was too sweet for me.

I am also disappointed that they did not have a restroom to use. The one for customers was out of order while the other restroom had an employee only sign on it. Places that serve food should have a restroom for customers to wash their hands and use the bathroom while waiting for food. Also for how much you are charging customers put some of that money back into the customer experience.

The pictures says it all. No Restrooms, no fountain drinks, No seating. 10 minute parking. The worst.

Just ate at Einstein Bros Silver Spring for the first time. Ordered their Farmhouse Breakfast bagel and I can easily say it was the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Well done!Good atmosphere and friendly service

Food is fine. Location is convenient. But the customer service is terrible. No acknowledgement when customers walk in only to wait for 10 minutes for someone to approach the register and take my order. Workers always seem to have an attitude.

even i like the food and coffe here... it's getting outrageous expensive. Paid close to $9 for a bagels and coffee. I can buy decent full breakfast with that price point. Probably going to be last time. It's sad, things are getting this expensive for a basic stuff.

There are no chairs. It was pouring rain outside and we were told to leave after buying our bagels. We were not even allowed to stand to eat our bagels. We came specifically to have a nice breakfast and should have gone to one of the many other coffee places. Not friendly at all. Not welcoming. I do not recommend.
