Overrated , not authentic mexican food ,most of the food is just seafood mixed with some meat , horchata taste like chocolate powered milk , more powder than drink which was small for 5 DOLLARS !!!, atmosphere is terrible very very noisy and cramped ,so much so that the servers are stressed themselves and keep forgetting the appetizers . It feels more like a small business trying to look fancy , don’t go hear if your actually hungry and have a headache cause the noise will make it worse MOST THE REVIEWS ARE STAFF OR BRIBED BY STAFF AT THE RESTAURANT

Everything was very good, except that I have a complaint because the waiter offered the spice, he never talked about the price and he said that the bottle was free, he never said that the price would change. I was upset when I saw the receipt and the price was different and I asked him and he said I'm sorry for not telling you at the beginning that the price was different. Of the 89.99 we paid 130 just because a waiter forgot, I think they should put people who know and not people who just want to sell the special 🙃

If you'll to busy don't take orders. I placed an order to go, they said 30 kin. Understood. 1 hour later still not ready. Understood it gets busy. Husband gets home with food, the food is not hot. Why? It was just made. The meat was not cooked the way we wanted. Couldn't eat it. It went I. The trash. If to busy, understand don't take more orders. But awful food for the money. Unacceptable.

I had a very bad experience on Sunday night, the guy at the entrance only spoke to me in English even though I spoke to him in Spanish and that seemed very rude to me, they sat me at a super small table, I have always gone alone to eat and Joshua Fernanda or Krisia know how to serve me, they do everything well, but the waitress who served me that night left me forgotten, she practically only took the order and the food disappeared, someone else took it and another waiter offered me spicy food, the one who was my waitress was talking in another table and he passed in front of me but he started talking to the others and I was forgotten. Arturo had to take the bill for me and he charged me because the waitress didn't even do that, now I know I have to come and ask for a waiter. I love the eagle but that night from the entrance I was owed.
