This is the best Tex-Mex/Latin American restaurant in Silver Spring, and definitely the best value Tex-Mex I've ever been to in the DMV area. Service is always super friendly and attentive; atmosphere is welcoming and very family-friendly; and the food is consistently excellent: not fussy, but super flavorful! The chef really knows what they're doing, so everything on the menu is great, but the pupusas are especially delectable.

The Yucatan soup is amazing! I order it whenever I'm feeling under the weather. It's super authentic and reminds me of living in the Yucatan. So delicious! My spouse always orders the carne asada and says it is so flavorful and tender. We love this neighborhood spot!

So easy to love this place. They have been in this location for decades, and have become in integral part of the community around them, always involved in community affairs, always ready to help. The food is really very good, often swooningly good, and always reasonably priced. The decor is bright and cheery and the white linen table cloths and napkins add a little something to the experience. We recently had a birthday party there for approximately 30 people and, as expected, the restaurant was accommodating as could be. And if you love music, they have live music on the weekends, where you might just run into neighbors of yours.

I can't say much about the full menu because I got the soup de Limon....ah crap I forgot the name ... is the chicken soup and it's delicious! I also got a cheese and bean papusa and it was yummy, so was the horchata and Tamarindo. I WILL be back!
