I was VERY excited to visit this establishment based off of the Google photos. I was ready for this to be a go to regular neighborhood spot.
Positives: The atmosphere was clean and colorful.
However, the service and experience were unwelcoming, unfriendly and unprofessional.
Negatives: I was not greeted nor was I acknowledged despite the restaurant being COMPLETELY empty. Not personable AT ALL. Even still, I ordered off the kiosk menu which didn't list the full menu be aware of that. It doesn't seem like this establishment values individual patrons or doing what's necessary to ensure the customers feel that their business is appreciated or valued. The food was ok, but small portions sizes for the high price point. The experience was subpar due to vibes and lack of professionalism. I won't be returning. People work too hard for their money to have unpleasant experiences.

I was very nervous to order off Uber eats have I seen a few of the Google reviews. However, my food was so seasoned! Granted, I only had a steak and a chicken taco. They both were great.
I also got the tre leche - It wasn’t the best. However for 4$ wasn’t too bad. Not sure I would order it again from here.

I got some late night tacos here and they weee really good. I got the birria, shrimp and steak and enjoyed all three. I will definitely be back. The restaurant has nice decor and quick service.

I work in property management and today we hosted a Taco Tuesday for our residents. El Taco Loco were the best!! They catered our event and the Food was delicious! Very friendly and professional! They served over 160 guests with diligence and had enough food for us to box and take home. Our residents were so pleased with the food! We have received so many compliments! Thank you for your great service! Definitely using them again for another event!

I ordered 1 mixta fajitas and 1 chicken fajitas for delivery and they came with 2 tiny tortillas. I called the restaurant and they told me that’s all they provide. When I asked how can I eat fajitas without tortillas they said they gave me rice and beans which is true but only a half cup of each. In any event, fajitas without tortillas is like a sandwich without bread. No apologies, no discount, just was told it’s the way they serve it.

I ordered the 4 for 16 birrira tacos. It was tasty but the tacos barely had any meat in them I was so disappointed. It was more shell than meat. I recommend them filling their shells up more or charging a different price. Other than that the restaurant in itself is cute but there is no parking in the front.

I’ll be honest, I walked past this place over and over again without trying it (while living on the same block). A friend introduced me to it just from having ordered from it off of Grubhub but in the past 7 days, I’ve been to this place 3 times and they have been amazing, not just the food quality but also the fact that it was waiting for me every time I went to pick it up. Absolutely delicious and is worth the visit!
