Nazrawi Ethiopian Restaurant

Get the tofu tibs. The server recommended it over tofu firfir and she was right. So good. The tofu was crispy and covered in tibs sauce. We also ordered special kitfo (cooked medium) and the veggie platter (2 types of lentils, peas, cabbage and collards). My husband, son and I all agreed that the tofu ribs won best dish.

This is my second time, my husband made me drive from VA. It was worth the drive will go back again. Best authentic Ethiopian. Service was excellent as well.

I had my birthday dinner here for 15 people and it was absolutely fantastic. I called them a few days before to confirm a time and number of people and when we arrived, the table was beautifully decorated and ready for us. The food itself was so delicious and we all left stuffed! We split three vegetarian platters and three types of meat - they were very accommodating for our vegetarian friends too. The servers were so kind and made our whole group feel special and loved and even played brought out a birthday treat for me. This was such a memorable birthday dinner and much love to the Nazrawi folks for making it a great one!

The vibes reminded me of an evening in Addis Ababa. Would come back just for the herbal tea (spicy of course) but the injeera and various meats were all delicious!

Authentic Ethiopian cuisine with a wide variety of selection. Make sure you ask for the injera from Ethiopia, which is gastronomically much better than the US made ones.

My husband and myself enjoyed every bite of our meal. We had mahberawi and banatu which were yummmy and plenty. Exceptional service by Seble who made sure we were comfortable with everything. Excellent vibe and atmosphere!

I came in here by myself because I wanted to try Ethiopian food for the first time. It was simply amazing. Since my first visit about a month ago I have been back 5 or 6 times. The servers and workers are extremely kind and helpful, especially since I am not Ethiopian and needed some recommendations on what to start with. My favorite items are any of the Tibs on the menu. Tibs with some injera is becoming one of my favorite meals currently. I highly recommend Nazrawi to anyone trying to enjoy comfort food in a welcoming environment.
