I am not one to leave reviews unless the food is not up to standards, and truthfully a fly in my food does not fly with me (yes I am making a joke so I don’t vomite) as you can tell I choose the lomo saltado it was well proportioned but flavor was off and obviously the fly wasn’t going to make it any better. My boyfriend went with half a chicken and wasn’t impressed and he is more picker with food soooo…

The food is delicious but their customer service sucks. I would love to eat here more often but the service just isn’t good. Even trying to get them on the phone is damn near impossible

Something wrong with the people that work in this place , the Spanish ladies always have an attitude like they don’t want to serve or take your order. They only cater to the kind !!! Stay away if you are black or you will experience racism

Would have loved to try it. We ordered $80 worth of chicken (all half white meat) only to get a call saying they only had enough for two orders (tried to get us to order dark for the rest). When we decided to cancel instead they then said they had it. Apparently they were trying to conserve the chicken for future orders? But we had already paid. After all that we just decided to cancel. Can't trust a place that won't honor orders that are paid for when they have the items to save them? Very confusing poor service!

I ordered an Inca cola and recieved this instead. If you didn’t have the item you shouldn’t have marked it as fulfilled. Very dishonest and I will never order from them again.

Update: I opened my box and saw that instead of the house salad I ordered, you all gave me coleslaw which I don’t eat. AGAIN CANCEL THE ORDER IF YOU DONY HAVE THE ITEMS

We live nearby and go to Fidel's about once a week for takeout. My favorite order is the 1/2 pollo a la brasa with green beans and black beans; my partner often gets the carne asada with fried yuca and plantains. We've also enjoyed the quesadillas and lomo saltado. The food is always fresh and hot and the service is friendly.

I ordered online during hours of operation and when I got there they were out of chicken and would refund my money. They told the owner would but I have called twice now and still haven't got a refund.

Food taste is good! Temperature was a bit off. My family and I enjoyed eating Fidel’s chicken . Will come back again. I ordered a ceviche de pescado and a family chicken meal with large sides.

Vegetarian options: We always like to get one or two vegetables as sides. I was happy they offered sauté spinach. There was also rice and beans , green rice and plantains.

Parking: Parking was easy, there is plenty of space.

Kid-friendliness: The child seats were clean and functional.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ground entrance is wheel chair friendly.

Doesn’t feel good to give a bad rating to a local small business, but this is now a trend. A few weeks ago, I tried to call and order through their website multiple times, but my call wouldn’t be picked up or the order wouldn’t process. I finally came to the store just to see if they were open, and they said they never received any phone calls or orders. I eventually got my order after waiting 45 minutes. Today I called and was told that the order would be ready in 30 minutes. Knowing my previous experience, I came 45 minutes later, and they told me to wait another 15 minutes. The lady at the counter claimed that she didn’t know why the other employee said it would be 15 minutes because the chicken wouldn’t be ready for an additional 30 minutes! If you’re keeping track of the delay, that’s a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes when we were initially told 30 minutes. I don’t see this place staying in business long if this doesn’t get fixed.

No matter when they tell you it will be ready, they won’t start preparing your order till you get there and you will be waiting a long time. This has happened too many times to be a coincidence.
