Fidel's Peruvian Chicken

Glad to have them here in my neighborhood! The food is very good and the prices are reasonable! I order the lamb chop meal with cilantro rice!! I only have done take out.

The Cashier was very rude and when we talked to him to try to order he just stared at me and didn’t say yes or no, then I asked for a lomo saltado with a side of sweet plantains and he dint understand and asked me if I wanted it like included in the plate and I said no I want it as a side and we kept going on like that for like 5 min straight and I told him just make me the normal lomo saltado and give me the side of sweet plantains…? He gave me the food and it was greasiest thing ever like all I could taste was oil it was really bad, the sweet plantains were greasy and burnt. It was really bad, the plating looked like they threw everything in there.

Chicken was dry. The owner screamed loud to his employee, you don't do that in front of the customer.

Funny how you tell people to speak english when someone speaks spanish but you only have the guts to tell it to someone who obviously can’t defend themselves. But you don’t have the guts to tell it to someone who can? And to a woman? Stay away if you don’t want to be disrespected and discriminated against or you might be next. This behavior is even crazier coming from a peruvian restaurant.

They served me burnt chicken, LITERALLY, and I had a whole large side that was not included in my meal that I paid for, smh

I really want to like this place more than I have. The food is pretty decent, but the service is incredibly slow. Never dined in since the seating area leaves little to be desired.

Went there with my son. He had to use the restroom before we ordered. Restroom was the most disgusting thing I've seen in a restaurant. We ended up leaving without ordering anything. The filthiness of that restroom is likely a reflection of how the kitchen area looks. I wasnt chancing it.

They forgot to give me the sides, and I didn’t check because everything was in the bags. But when we started eating, I noticed my sides were missing.

Food isn’t good. I’ve been here multiple times since they opened and I’ve been disappointed every time. Not to mention the few times I’ve went and they were “out of chicken”. How are you a chicken spot and run out of chicken? Seriously, skip this place and head over to literally any other Peruvian chicken spot.

As a good Peruvian food lover didn’t like the way they kept the sides in other places but where the warm food is being kept my veggies came out of a frozen bag into the pan , chicken flavor one to ten ….four.
And I asked for beans I got fried plantains
Most important the cashier attention…. Seems like she’s waiting for people to come and order mandatory, no smile not gratitude not eye contact. Definitely she needs to find another place to work. Second important the smell inside of dwelling not pleasant not agreeable.

Great food! Can you add white rice and beans as a side on DoorDash?

I recently discovered this gem in Colesville, and I’m so glad I did! The fried rice is hands down the best I’ve ever had—flavorful, perfectly cooked, and full of delicious ingredients. The grilled chicken was just as amazing, tender, and packed with great seasoning. The service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was welcoming. If you’re in the area, this place is a must-visit! Can’t wait to go back for more!
