Firepan Korean BBQ and Bar

Make sure to check you receipts after leaving this establishment. They hired a thief waiter that pockets cash and changes amounts. Informed the manager and they didn’t provide a refund or correct the amount even though they hired a thief. Terrible customer service & mediocre food.

Had Anthony as a server for my birthday dinner. Had such a great time with my friends, food was great but service was amazing!! Will be coming back!!! Happy birthday to Anthony❤️

Came for my mom’s birthday with a big party, including kids and the staff were very patient and helpful. They even gave her some ice cream at the end !
Some items were forgotten in our order but it worked out as we were very full
The sushi menu is good and they have a fried version of some of their rolls. Not a big selection but good basics
It’s a big space and there is lots of seating. Nice experience

If I could give zero stars, I would. My friends and I made a reservation at Firepan KBBQ to avoid a wait, but when we showed up right on time, the host told us we’d have to wait another 40 minutes — no apology, no explanation beyond “we’re busy,” and no offer to make it right. The place looked mostly empty and there weren’t any other groups waiting. Watching a half‑empty restaurant refuse to honor a reservation was weird. A reservation here clearly means nothing, and the staff didn’t seem to care at all. We left and won’t be back — if you value your time, try literally any other KBBQ spot in the area.

The restaurant and price is okay but the host did not even greet or said a single word when we came in and also lie when we asked about the wait time, it was 15m when we came in and 15m later when we check she said 25m with nonsense excuses, such a waste of time and an unpleasant experience

Such good value AYCE and drinks. The service was really quick to bring out more dishes and clean the grill, we definitely felt like we got our moneys worth! Bulgogi beef and the side dishes of steamed eggs and fried chicken were our favourites. Would recommend a reservation - we walked in without one and had to wait around 15 mins for a table as it’s really popular.

I went there yesterday with my boyfriend for the first time and my server Anj was the sweetest, most patient and extremely quick with her service. I recommend the olive beef steak but everything else was also a 10/10.

It was an awesome experience literally the only down fall was that it wasn't to accommodating to do a big party of 7 plus shoulders where touching and i was only one island to cook on....but we still had a blast highly recommend
