I waited 15 minutes for my burger, which would’ve been fine but when I got home, of course I got the wrong burger. I live about 30 minutes away from this location and I couldn’t go back because I had to go to work. This was very disappointing. I don’t understand how this happens. for an overpriced burger shop at the very minimum can you get my order correct ? 20$ gone on a burger i didn’t even want. thanks five guys will not be coming back.

Took a friend who had 3 kids here. She had never had Five Guys before. The cashier took her time and explained the menu in a patient thorough way. The food came out promptly. It was hot and delicious.

Absolutely disgusting. I used to count on Five Guys for decent burgers and excellent fries. Not this time! Not only have the prices been jacked WAY up, but the fries were completely inedible - very undercooked and totally soggy. Spent about $50 for 3 cheeseburgers and 2 fries. Practically all the fries went straight into the garbage. A waste of hard-earned cash and not enough (edible) food for everyone. I usually give a place a break for a bad day, but this was so terrible I will NEVER go back to a Five Guys again.

I have always enjoyed a real original style burger from Five Guys. I always get a Bacon Cheeseburger with all the works and fries and a milkshake.
I always enjoy the wait snacking on peanuts 🥜. The employees are always very nice and courteous when I have forgotten to ask for all the works at the cash register and they add or remake the burger.

I think it's pretty messed up that the employees who worked tonight decided to talk crap about my husband while he was waiting on our food. Not the customer service experience I would want. I will take my money to another location where the employees don't talk crap about their customers. Total disrespectful!!!!

Burgers are great fries to but dam near 50.00 for two burgers n fries plus drink is a lot my lady n I only go when we do over time if prices were a little lower or they had combo meals they take mickey ds out I'm sure

Ordered online it’s easy and quick , however on the phone app you can’t add extras . Everything was freshly made, servers were friendly with great attitude.

Placed an order with UBER EATS, food was delivered and we discovered that our bag of fries was torn. We went to the restaurant immediately once the food was delivered and showed Katie the manager. We did not want our money back we kindly asked to provide another order of fries she refused and said to contact UBER EATS.

My sister and I ordered pick-up here two days, and the service was good, and it didn't take too long for us to get our food. The food was also warm even when we got home and it was delicious.
