This time, the marble was frozen and it’s not edible and you can tell it was baked a while ago and they are selling it as if it’s newly baked. So disappointed! I had a very disappointing experience with . My friend ordered a cake for a special occasion, and it turned out to be nothing like what was promised. The design was sloppy, and the quality was far below expectations. To make matters worse, when we tried to address the issue, the staff was unprofessional and dismissive. They showed no empathy or willingness to fix the mistake.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they refused to provide a refund or even a partial compensation. It’s shocking how little they value their customers. This was supposed to be a special moment, but instead, it was ruined by their lack of care and poor service.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for quality cakes or decent customer service. Spend your money elsewhere where you’ll be treated with

I have been buying bday cakes here for 10 yrs since I live nearby and they have always been good until this year. Not sure if I just got lucky or staff changed but, just fyi, that their 10 in cakes are frozen. They don't tell you this until after they'd delivered the cake and the when I called to ask, the guy said, "I didn't take the order." The total lack of accountability and remorse is what disappointed me the most. So if you want to spend $50 on a 10 in cakes that will taste like it just came out of the freezer, this is the place for you. You'd be better off getting your cake at the grocery store.

Fatal experience. I called to place an order for a cake and the customer service was very ugly. They spoke to me without respect and the young man who answered the call was angry and responded aggressively. I decided to go to the store to place my order for the cake and it was the same, I don't know if it was the same guy but it was an experience as if I was asking him for a gift. He answered me pedantic and rude, the girls who work there without helping the customer. I can't complain about the product. But with people who treat you badly, you are not interested in returning to the place again. It's not the first time this has happened.

I am actually standing there to buy a cake because all other bakery in my area is closed. The guy was very very rude when I told him to not give me a frozen cake since they gave me one last time, which I had to trash. He was very annoyed. Terrible service. I was not going to come here if it was not a late hour.

I ordered a custom cake and custom cupcakes for my dad and sister birthdays. I picked them up today and they turned out exactly how I wanted. They are a bit pricey but that is to be expected at a bakery. The baker and the decorator did a great job. They bake the cake a day or two before and then on the day of pick up the ice and decorate the cakes.
Placed an online order for two cakes and it said they would reach out to me. Never heard anything from them so called in to place the order and they said they would text me a receipt. Never received any text. Went to pick up the order and my order was not ready and it seemed like the order was never put in. Had to wait for them to get other cakes ready. It was really disappointing because Flowers has great cakes but it seems a service issue. They were very nice and gave a free pastry but that doesn’t take away that the order wasn’t ready and the cakes were completely frozen solid! When they gave me the cakes, not once was it mentioned that the cakes were frozen. Extremely disappointing to go to serve cake and try cutting into it only to find out it was frozen. Unfortunately will not be getting anymore cakes from Flowers Bakery

I placed a cake order online at the end of June. July 5th I went to the bakery to confirm my order and they did not have it even though I had a confirmation screen shot. They then took my order in person and charged me $15 more than the $135 online price. Today, Aug 9th, 3 WEEK BEFORE THE PARTY I called the bakery again to confirm my cake will be ready next Friday only to be told they did not have an order under my name to bring in the receipt. I went in with my receipt but only to cancel my order. This place is incompetent.
I immediately went one block over to Passion’s bakery who we normally get cake from.
AVOID HAVING YOUR SPECIAL EVENTS RUINED BY FLOWERS BAKERY!

I forgot to order a cake for my birthday so I just walked in day of. A no frills cake shop with a variety of sizes and flavors. I went with a medium (maybe 8 inch?) mocha cake. They offered to write something on it but I didn’t have time. The cake was amazing, not super sweet at all and very moist; everyone talked about it all night. I’m going back for another cake soon!
