It is hard to assign the number of stars for this shop today. For years, this has been my favorite bakery. I had always ordered either the Black Forest cake or buy the Tiramisu cake from them. Their cakes have always been a hit. However, yesterday (1/24/26) I picked up a Tiramisu cake. I am most surprised and disappointed! Instead of the cake being moist with the coffee flavor I was expecting, I had a dense cake with a sour cream flavor! What happened? Did you just change the recipe for the Tiramisu? If you wanted to try out a new recipe, you should have never sold it under a name of another familiar cake and shock the customer into consuming a flavor that they were not expecting to be eating. It’s just not good business practice to do so.

Horrible customer service that does not make up for the only two items that are worth going to this bakery. The marble cake and the chocolate cake are amazing. We have done many many custom orders and Connae is a horrible person to deal with. She is very very hard to get a hold of and ALWAYS texts so late at night to collaborate. The cakes come out amazing design but then the writing is like scribbles on the cake. Family loves these cakes so I am forced to order these as it’s their preference. I hope they take criticism and improve. The people attending the register could be doing anything in the store to keep it up even mopping and will serve customers WITHOUT washing hands or wearing gloves. This should be a crime to handle food without proper care. I don’t want to imagine how they are behind closed doors.

Please aware when you order cake for occasion especially two teir cake.They don't give any instructions on how to carry, transport or store the cake. The least they can do is give instructions for the amount of money they are asking for their cake. Very poor customer service.

Some things I really love and some could be better. We buy pastries from here. It is not a large place. There are small tables, but mostly a place to order to go. It's hidden behind a gas station. Staff have been friendly.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I gave them an order on a Saturday for a cake for my birthday to pickup on a Wednesday and when I arrive to pick it up they dont have my cake ready and have no alternatives for me. My birthday is ruined because of the incompetence of the workers here. There was ample time for them to complete this task and they couldnt do it and now I dont have a cake on my birthday. Thank you so much flower bakery cafe.

I got their marble cake and it was very much frozen and so disappointing. In the past, I got their marble cake and it was good. This time, the marble was frozen and it’s not edible and you can tell it was baked a while ago and they are selling it as if it’s newly baked. So disappointed! You can play with people's money and health! Do Not Recommend!

I and my girlfriend had an online order. we went to pickup, but they were not ready to give us our order. They just said "we didn't receive your online order" though they received the payment online. Even they refused to refund the payment.
I had a very disappointing experience with . My friend ordered a cake for a special occasion, and it turned out to be nothing like what was promised. The design was sloppy, and the quality was far below expectations. To make matters worse, when we tried to address the issue, the staff was unprofessional and dismissive. They showed no empathy or willingness to fix the mistake.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they refused to provide a refund or even a partial compensation. It’s shocking how little they value their customers. This was supposed to be a special moment, but instead, it was ruined by their lack of care and poor service.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for quality cakes or decent customer service. Spend your money elsewhere where you’ll be treated with

I have been buying bday cakes here for 10 yrs since I live nearby and they have always been good until this year. Not sure if I just got lucky or staff changed but, just fyi, that their 10 in cakes are frozen. They don't tell you this until after they'd delivered the cake and the when I called to ask, the guy said, "I didn't take the order." The total lack of accountability and remorse is what disappointed me the most. So if you want to spend $50 on a 10 in cakes that will taste like it just came out of the freezer, this is the place for you. You'd be better off getting your cake at the grocery store.

Fatal experience. I called to place an order for a cake and the customer service was very ugly. They spoke to me without respect and the young man who answered the call was angry and responded aggressively. I decided to go to the store to place my order for the cake and it was the same, I don't know if it was the same guy but it was an experience as if I was asking him for a gift. He answered me pedantic and rude, the girls who work there without helping the customer. I can't complain about the product. But with people who treat you badly, you are not interested in returning to the place again. It's not the first time this has happened.
