I rarely ever a review but I had for Fuji Japan! Betty the owner was super sweet and the food was amazing! I go to a lot of Japanese or Hibachi places and this is by far my favorite. This would be 5 star review - lowest 4.8. Also very reasonable pricing and great portion size. Betty explained that the ingredients are home made and you can definitely tell the authentic taste!

Another win for Fuji Japan! We ended the last day of summer ordering sushi, chicken & steak over rice and vegetables. Perfect seasonal way to end our last summer lunch. The food is always fresh, lightly salted with traditional Japanese methods. A local favorite, bon appétit ♡

I cannot say enough how much I love this sushi joint. Always courteous service. Exceptional portions and even better hospitality. The women that run this establishment works incredibly hard and with a dazzling smile! I encourage everyone who is as enthusiastic about sushi, soba, hibachi and ramen as my family and I are pleased visit them. As soon as I walk through the doors with the tinkling chimes and magical atmosphere I relax knowing I'm about o consume greatness. Would give more stars if I could 🪷💗

This was the first time visiting the restaurant. I placed a take out order of steak and shrimp teriyaki with a side of fried vegetable rolls. The staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant was clean and inviting to sit down and enjoy your meal there if you chose to. The portion size was enough for two people or two meals. The steak was tender and the shrimp were delicious. The meal also included fried rice and steamed vegetables that were cooked perfectly. I would definitely come back here again. If you haven’t tried it, stop by! You will be pleasantly surprised!

About 2 weeks ago I tried this restaurant for the first time. I ordered sashimi, and I really enjoyed it very much. Today I went back and ordered other dishes. I ordered hibachi salmon and shrimp. I don't think I will order these dishes again. The salmon had no flavor as well as the shrimp. Also, some items in the order were missing and incorrect. Very disappointed. I still plan to return, but only for the sushi.

We were looking for a restaurant that had a diverse menu and this fit the bill. It was easy to find parking. We all found things that we wanted to eat. The portions were generous and the taste was great.
Check their prices before ordering food. On the door, Chicken Teryaki was 8.95, but I got charged 12.65. Reason? Dinner prices are different, but I had dinner there many times and never was told this. Plus, on the door price for teriyaki chicken says nothing about dinner and lunch sizes there was not a difference between sizes at all. I guess this is how they get you. So I got ripped off. But lesson learned. Never again. It was my last time eating in Fuji Japan.

Place is small and clean, I ordered Chicken kabage and I got 4 little pieces of fried chicken with no sides.
Absolutely love their teriyaki chicken and shrimp with fresh vegetables, and noodles
