I rarely ever a review but I had for Fuji Japan! Betty the owner was super sweet and the food was amazing! I go to a lot of Japanese or Hibachi places and this is by far my favorite. This would be 5 star review - lowest 4.8. Also very reasonable pricing and great portion size. Betty explained that the ingredients are home made and you can definitely tell the authentic taste!

Another win for Fuji Japan! We ended the last day of summer ordering sushi, chicken & steak over rice and vegetables. Perfect seasonal way to end our last summer lunch. The food is always fresh, lightly salted with traditional Japanese methods. A local favorite, bon appétit ♡

I cannot say enough how much I love this sushi joint. Always courteous service. Exceptional portions and even better hospitality. The women that run this establishment works incredibly hard and with a dazzling smile! I encourage everyone who is as enthusiastic about sushi, soba, hibachi and ramen as my family and I are pleased visit them.
