The drinks are good, but sometimes they forget to add jelly/boba to my order

Scary experience. Got the beef and shrimp tacos. Had the beef first and it was very chewy but mushy and fatty? I pulled it out to take a look and the meat looks DISCOLORED???? Tried to calm myself by thinking it’s from the cabbage but the meat is green blue (not purplish) and the shrimp with the SAME cabbage is not discolored at all!! Is this even beef? Is it rotten? What was I served?

i got a milk tea, and the tea was so watered down… it tasted awful! I wouldn’t recommend this location

First time ordering from this place and the food was very bad, the rice was all cloying and looked like oatmeal and the chicken had a strange taste.

Been here a few times Smoothies are usually bland with very little flavor; the other drinks are okay.

Give me the wrong order!!! I’ve waited for many minutes just to give me the wrong order and the quality of milktea has changed ! Its awful! Its not the same as before

We visited in the afternoon, only a couple of other patrons were in the establishment. The drink was delicious, although it took a while to be served. There are 3 or 4 small tables with a couple of chairs at each.

I've been to this place before and the bubble tea has been good, but this time the oolong black tea was totally burnt. I drank it on the way back home so I couldn't return it, but it was terrible.

Ordered the chicken teriyaki, it was hot & fresh, didn’t wait long at all maybe 5/6 mins. The place was very clean, staff seemed friendly but could have greeted me upon entering. I would definitely go back to try the fish or wings.

The first time I came to this restaurant. I ordered the tofu rice bowls and and it was absolutely gross. The tofu was fried on the outside, but REALLY soft inside, like runny. The corn was canned corn. The 2 cucumber slices were the only enjoyable oart. The bowl was full of plain white rice with a clearish tan sause that tasted like raw egg. I had several bits because that was hungry.... My stomach feels quizzy.... absolutely gross. Oh and I was charged much more than the menu price. ( I didn't pay attention to the prices because I was in a rush, but now that i'm home I went online to look at the menu and saw the prices).

Service was fast and server was very good at explaining different type of options for their products.

I order dirty brown sugar and this time it was not good at all it has been missing some ice and sugar.

As others have mentioned, the bowls are no longer as high quality as they used to be. There are 2 sad pieces of broccoli, corns are cold, cucumber seem to be days old.

The boba pearls are never sweet, very bland, no matter when I buy a drink during the day.

I’m still a customer but hoping the quality and quantity will come back.

Calling and picking it up again is a waste of time and gas.
Who will compensate me for my wasted 40 minutes?
No apology on how to train employees.
I called and said they would pick it up again, but I had to go and wait again.
