Did an online order for a salad and the employee who made it must have noticed I asked for no cheese and tofu on my salad and wrote a note on my one of my dressings that it contained dairy. That's the type of service I appreciate from a business! Thank you!

This place has been my #1 choice for a really long time until I have to deal with their two RUDEST associates named Carlos and Maria. Everyone else is so nice and welcoming but these two- Goodness! They do not deserve to work at such place with great reputation. The lady named Maria has ridiculously huge ego and is extremely disrespectful towards customers, Company got to let her go before your RUINED this amazing place, and sadly I was told she is the general manager- FUNNY! Carlos, on the other hand, is a clueless yet as disrespectful as Maria. I do not know what they think I am to be so rude, but I can certainly tell they both have undeniable ego that they couldn't hide it even at work place. #GUSTO #Corporate #Maria #Carlos #RUDEST!

WOW, this place is good. Ordered the deep dish Mediterranean Chicken and the thin crust Italian Combo. There was 5 of us and it filled us up perfectly! Not a piece left over. It was so good, they didn't even need to clean the pizza tray as my friend Larry Chu cleaned it off to a shine! In the words of the Terminator...I WILL BE BACK!

i love love gusto, but very disappointed with the service and response, i ordered for curve pickup, and it happened to be a friday night so the area was very busy, when i arrived there was no space to park in front , but i pulled to the side and called so someone could bring my food out, no one answered the phone, i looped around and called again, this time they answered but could not hear me, so they hung up on me, i decided to go park and wait till i could get a hold of someone to let them know to please bring my food out since i could not leave the car or park and walk there cause i had a sleeping baby in the car... well after 4 attempts to communicate and been hung up on , i decided to leave. i called the next day to get a refund, no answer, i emailed 3 times, no answer, my husband has called 5 times no luck. it has been about 3 weeks now, and still nothing. i hate leaving 1 star reviews, but i have tried, i need my money back.Update: after a few weeks i got a response back, i was refunded and sent free entree coupons . Thank you ! Maybe just find a way to make sure workers are able to hear the phone at all times. Specially with so MNy orders been pickups now cause of covid

Less than 7 hours ago, my husband and I mutually agreed to order some food via Grubhub from Gusto Farm To Street in Silver Spring Maryland. Our order arrived at a reasonable timeframe and the delivery person had a cheerful/pleasant demeanor. My husband and I were fine with our food, my husband selected the 4 Little Pigs flatbread pizza with traditional crust while I chose the Devil’s Wing flatbread pizza with traditional crust. My amazing husband paid for our food from money made from his current job though I do keep an open mind to both amateur writers reviewers and paid andor professional writers/reviewers.

Their food is so good! I like the half and half deal where you get half a salad, pizza and drink. Compared to MOD’s pizza and Gustos pizza I definitely prefer Gustos :) . I feel like it has more flavor to it and if you try their drinks definitely the blue berry soda is worth trying.

June 2020Ordered from third party delivery app.I ordered farmers salad with added BBQ tofu. This salad and the freshness of all the ingredients is simply amazing.The combination of fruits and veggies bring tart to sweet taste and you do not need any salad dressing to truly enjoy the combination of these fresh greens and fruits.I would say the portion size is little less which is another plus point if you're thinking like me. But I would have liked a little less price for the smaller portion.I can't wait to try some more menu items.

I received Anti Trump Facebook messages from a Manager from Eat Gusto. he sent me insulting, vulgar and threatening messages claiming i am a Trump Supporter. I want an apology from the Company and himself. I have screenshots of the violent attack on me because of a Trump shirt I had.

I've eaten at this restaurant on several occasions and usually had a decent experience. The food is always consistent and I can say it's been good. Today I had the worst experience ever. I arrived 10 minutes prior to opening and waited at the door. At 11am the employee unlocked the door, push it open quickly and allowed it to slam in my face as she proceeded to walk back to the serving area. She seemed to be angry for some reason and allowed it to show with no regards for customer service. She asked me what can I do for you and was very short and curt. After the pizza was ready I decided to get a salad and she seemed to be upset with that request and didn't want to be bothered. She reluctantly began fixing it. I asked for some apple chips to go on top of the salad and she almost lost it. Upon arriving home I opened the pizza box to discover that she had thrown the apple chips in the pizza box (all over the pizza) while they are usually served in a closed container. My receipt identifies her as Xiomara P. I certainly hope the manager is reading these reviews because this type of behavior is unacceptable. I called the location and got no answer the first time, called 30 minutes later and asked for the manager. I was informed that she was the manager. I shared my frustration and she said to go to corporate. I will not go to any establishment that provides poor customer service. It's unacceptable!!!
