I am here to pile on because I did not read the reviews first and was shocked by the price. $10.59 for a milk shake and it was not even close to being the tastiest or most amazing milk shake experience. It was just basin, underwhelming milkshake. I assumed there had to be a mistake and I told the cashier that "there must be a mistake, I only ordered one milkshake". Unfortunately that was the price for one with tax. It's a stupid price to charge customers and they know it. They do not have any posting of pricing, and probably violate MoCo's rules for posting calorie counts for food items.....not sure. Save yourself the aggravation and find another place to get a milkshake at Wheaton Mall.

The prices are incredible, but in a bad way. As with all other reviewers, you will be shocked at how expensive everything is. I just tried the pint of Hershey raspberry ice cream. Highly, highly disappointed. The texture was so strange. It's not like custard, ice cream, or sorbet. There is no creaminess to this "ice cream." It's got a strange jagged and icy mouth feel which is not pleasant at all. It's not even one of the low calorie options; actually, it's pretty high calorie at over 200 calories per small serving. Not worth it. Especially not for the price (the container wasn't even full; had about 1/4 of it missing). It's not just the texture or price, though, but also the flavor. Raspberry ice cream should have a nice balance of tartness and sweetness. It can be like the sorbet Talenti makes but with a milkiness and cream. This is not that. It's just pure sugar, no real fruit flavor whatsoever. I gave some to my acquaintance and they could not recognize the flavor. All in all, I'm starting to think Hershey ice cream has gone downhill lately. This could be a one off experience, but judging by other reviews, they are consistently bad. You'll pay high prices, get strange ice cream textures, high caloric content than many competitors (who make better ice cream taste wise too), and the flavors aren't what they used to be.

Please DO NOT give this business your money. They up charges me for two single scoop ice cream cones resulting in almost $17.00! That is utterly ridiculous to cheat and charge people! Very, very shady business!

If you read this before going, consider yourself lucky! I wish I checked the reviews before I spent $12 for a cup of milk. I was craving a milkshake and thought I would give this place a try. I'm highly disappointed, I paid $12 for a cup of a pure milk. The prices are not listed because it's unreasonable. I would let that slide, however, if it tasted well. I understand trying to ration materials, however you won't retain customers if they leave unsatisfied. And the poor lady behind me paid $10 for one scoop of ice cream. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Stay away, bought a single scoop cone and a strawberry smoothie, total came to $18 dollars. When I asked for an explanation, I was told the smoothie was 7.99, the single scoop is 7.99 and they up charge an extra dollar for a cone and for each topping. No way two items of ice cream should come out to almost $20. There are cheaper ice cream shops in that mall that are just as good and half the price, please stay away, beyond overpriced.
Horrible service. They Lost half my ice cream cone, had to pay full price and they wouldn't replace it. Two people in front of me in line. Took 15-20 mins. Ridiculous.
