I have been eating here since they were Pollo Sabraso. The owner is sweet and friendly. They have the best sauces and the chicken is so flavorful. Lately I have been feeling the whole roasted fish, so delicious. You do need to check your order before leaving also be patient they only have two workers who are there every day working hard.

This place is the best place for ceviche - hands down. The fish is extremely fresh without a fishy after taste. It’s full of flavor. I honestly think its a hidden gem.
