Came here for Breakfast, was greeted and seated very kindly. The place is clean and the staff has a welcoming attitude and everyone else in the store was getting along. I ordered the breakfast sampler and a glass of milk total rounded - $19.00. The food was delicious, served hot and quickly. Only thing was the bacon was a little bit stiff but overall in all with the milk 9.5/10. I feel like most all the service outshined more than food. I really liked how they made conversation with the customers and made them feel good. (They physically said they felt welcomed). I will definitely be coming back to try more at this IHOP!

Made me wait an hour for two things. The staff did not communicate that THEY GAVE my order to someone else. Instead they said someone took my food. The host would not come to her stand to avoid me. Terrible service. Food was ok.

Wow! I just brought a group of about 40 kids and 20 adults in and the team of Mauricio, Claudia and Linda took such great care of us! The food was delicious, the service was speedy and they made sure everyone enjoyed themselves. Thank you!!
I must say this IHOP location is the best in the area. Myself and family been visiting this IHOP since they opened. Our kids have grown up now. Many great memories and times spent here. Thanks always for the good food. Our waitress Lina and morning manager Mr. Franco provided excellent service today.

I was pleasantly surprised that my food came out in less than 10 minutes. It was hot and everything was cook to perfection. My meal was delicious and the service was great as well. I give credit where credit is due and to top it off the brought me ice cream and sang happy birthday. What a nice treat. I LOVE this IHOP for so many reasons. At one point, when my Father was in his 80's and 90's, he ate at this IHOP every.single.day! Literally! He was a lovely, charming, vibrant, happy, funny, flirty, engaging man - and handsome to boot. For several years after I began caring for him 24/7, I accompanied him..... every.single.day. I saw the respect and kindness and warmth each and every person at this IHop extended to my beloved Father, and also to me - even years after he was gone. It was from the manager, Robert, to the servers, to the kitchen, to the bussing staff. I cannot express how special that was for not just my Father but for me as his daughter and the person who looked after him. It touched my heart and I will never forget it. This was a very special place in our lives. We even celebrated his 90th birthday there with a family party! I have already described the incredible, caring service we always received here (the most important for me, certainly at that time in our lives) - on to the food. It's an IHOP, don't get me wrong. The food was wonderful for the money and for the fact you could go at 8AM for breakfast, 1PM for lunch, 7PM for dinner, and then 3AM just because. You can hardly put a price on that. You can't beat the consistently good omelets, pancakes or other breakfast items. AND, they are flexible with substitutions. The burgers can't be beat either. As good as, or better than the $30 burgers you get at a 4 star place downrown in DC. The food is plain, good, chain restaurant food that you really can't beat (sorry, I seem to like this word...) when you want a wide selection of decent food, with wonderfully fabulous service; delicious, bottomless coffee; clean bathrooms; and fair prices anytime in the day or night. Thank you, Silver Spring/Tech Road area IHOP. I am back in DC and don't stop in much anymore. But you will always have a special place in my heart. My Father loved you...ALL.

Cold A/C above all tables blowing cold air. Bring a sweater . Over easy eggs burned with crispy burned underneath. These waiter s deserve much better they are excellent servers.
