Actually, the IHOP was very good today (05/29/25). The server was fast and efficient and for the first time in a long time, the food was fresh and hot of the grill. Near the end of the meal, we felt a bit rushed but no biggy.

We went here last Wednesday a late night treat from my dad. We had some steak, pancakes, waffles, avocado toast and such. Customer service was quick and on point. Very fast on getting our orders and getting our drinks. It’s nice to have a late night food option.

I came to pick up an Uber eats order for myself & had to wait an additional 15 minutes on top of the promised time. Apparently this store also has a new policy that requires you to carry your id to verify your identity to pick up YOUR OWN ORDER PER MANAGER SENAIT. The wait time was already ridiculous but than that policy was completely absurd & idiotic. Seriously consider changing that asap. A pick up order should also be treated as importantly as a dine in order. DO BETTER IHOP!!!!!!!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They are racist towards Black people. My table and another one close to ours had to wait over TWO HOURS for our food (they were also Black). And the manager was no help! Offered no apologies and even went so far as to ARGUE with me. Would not recommend this place to someone who was starving. Go to Chick-fil-A

Waited about 20-25 mins to be approached by the staff when the restaurant was visibly empty. The food was okay but what ruined the experience was the poor customer service. Not only did they have a poor attitude they made it clear that they were upset with our presence. They made a huge issue when we tried to use the rewards app as if it came out of their checks. They have been clearly upset each time we use the rewards app on our last few visits. Will not return again. This review is pertaining to the third shift.
