Wonderful-WONDERFUL-WONDERFUL!!!! Originally, I wanted my seating to be changed in the dining area and it was. Thank you to the hostess cause I am picky. What a Blessing!! Our server was then Justin and how AMAZING is he!! Pleasant! Fast! Responsive! Kind and patient. Served my food exactly as I ordered. The manager while I was here around 1:20. She was sooo kind and helped to get my phone correct. I love coming here!! Clean and welcoming!

⭐️ Review for IHOP – Tech Road

My family has a Christmas Day tradition of meeting at an IHOP in our pajamas every year. This year, we chose the Tech Road location for convenience, especially for my disabled father—and unfortunately, it was a huge mistake. This was possibly my father’s last Christmas, which made it even more special, yet the experience was completely disappointing.

They insisted he stay by the door in his wheelchair, where it was cold, and refused to move him even after I asked. The staff’s indifference made the situation even more frustrating.

We had a party of 12, so the waitress was clearly overwhelmed, but the food was terrible. They even deep-fried our scrapple, leaving it greasy and unappetizing.

Between the poor service and the awful food, we will not be returning. There are many other IHOP locations that provide better food and service. I do not recommend this one.

Silly of me to think it'd be a breeze dining in on NYD- but I was able to order take out instead, and the wait for my food wasn't bad; and- nice and hot still (and my two coffee drinks- were still hot) when I got home (roughly 15-20 mins away) to enjoy.

I am here to just share the level of calm, and professionalism despite pure busyness on New Year's day. The young lady and gentleman at the front (I didn't catch their names, unfortunately) were in full swing as there were MANY families coming to share a meal and time with family/friends all at once.

The staff were calm, patient, and very accomodating from my POV. I also like the fact that even in all the mayhem (just super crowded at the front with families trying to add their names to the list for seating) they even maintained a pick up order list- having anyone picking up an order sign their name and the time of pick up.

Kudos to this team of workers (the cooks, waiters and watresses too!) I'll definitely return; hopefully I'll be able to dine in next go round.

not much to look at or to take a date but what IHOP is right lol. i always find that they have great late nighty cooks at this location food is always good service is a tad slow due to lack of employees but all and all one of the better locations that i have been to in this area

I've been coming here for 10+ years. This pace has changed ownership or something. The night shift server and host are terrible compared to the sweet lady that used to be there. I've come by 3 times and experience the exact same thing. You should drive the extra few minutes to another Ihop.

The host is never at the front when I come in, he is always sitting and stuffing his face with food in the corner somewhere. I stand around awkwardly until he lifts his head and looks. Server has zero training and feels like hes being forced to be there. Through out my meal he does not check up on me once. I have to call from across the room to get a refill. He does not make eye contact at all, so I have to actually call for him. Its not rocket science that you check on the customers 3 times throughout the meal (once to get the order, second shortly after being served meal, third when meal is finished). Server is slow on the ipad and I have to repeat my order more than once.... he still gets my order wrong. He is always sitting around talking with the host. When I am done with the meal I purposely sat there timing when he will actually see me, 10 minutes pass, I end up calling for him.

These two guys will cost you business. I will not be returning until theyre replaced.

Overall good food. Liked the Spicy Pablano egg Benedict tasted great. Spinach and mushroom omelette was good. Hash brown was not that crispy. A little bit of salt in hash brown would have helped.

IHOP is the classic, go-to breakfast spot. It's not trying to be fancy, but it is definitely consistent and delivers great value.

They offer enough variety to keep things interesting at fair prices. For a busy chain, the service is reliably friendly and quick. It’s the perfect place when you want easy, traditional breakfast food.
