My most recent experience, my whole family got their food and were mostly done by the time I received mine. I didn't order a wkl done steak just and omelet and pancakes. The whole meal came out staggered.

Never thought I would have to write a review like this ever. Me and my family came here on Sunday to eat. It was busy and all I wanted to do was get on the list. The girl in the front looked mad like she didn’t want to be here and gave me and my husband an attitude. She didn’t greet us nicely and said to us “What can I do for you” in an angry voice. And when we asked her for the wait time she said “I don’t know” and when I asked her for estimate she gave me and attitude and said “Its busy do you see any open tables” so we decided to just leave. Before me and my family left my husband asked her who the manger was so we can speak to them, she rolled her eye at him and went in the kitchen. I tried calling yesterday to address my concerns but I was told that I called late and the manger left and when I tried again to call today the phone got disconnected and this situation is really making me upset. The girl was hispanic and had tattoos on her hands. I believe her name was either Angelica or Angelina. All I wanted was to speak to management about her but I haven’t gotten any help. I don’t want to bring my family back here again if this is how they plan on treating us.

Was here with my family last week like we've done over the years and we had a fantastic time as usual. A big shout out to our server Lola who is always on top of her game with an exceptional customer service.Lola is amazing and we would always be a repeat customer because of her!! Safe to say this is our favorite IHOP ?

I never thought I'd have to write this review, because generally when I've been to this IHOP the food and service is great. I also have enjoyed being generous to the servers. However, upon my last visit, the server was extremely slow with everything, including bringing us our check. After requesting the check, it took them 15 minutes to finally bring it, and once received, it took another 15 minutes to input the transaction. When I gave my credit card to pay, the server then told us the system was down. Another 5 minutes went by and the transaction had gone through, but at this point we never received a printed merchant copy for signing; we had to leave before signing our merchant copy. To my surprise, when I checked my online bank register to see if the transaction amount had cleared (original amount on first receipt), the amount was higher than on the original receipt! I suspect that the server took liberties to give herself a tip, after my party and I had already left one in cash on the table! It was unpleasant enough that we were inconvenienced to have to wait so long to receive our food, service, and the check, but how unethical to take liberty and give yourself an unauthorized tip ! I would not have even written this review had the transaction been honest. Not good business at all. Definitely will be informing my bank among others of this, and moving on.

DO NOT sit in Lola's section. Which may be hard because it looked like she was allowed to wait on half the restaurant. Lola was our server and for some reason, she did not want to help us today. She had an attitude every time we asked for something. Literally. HOWEVER, we did see her being friendly and smiling at other tables. We asked for refills on our drinks and apparently that was asking too much. We mentioned to the server that we had pancake coins we wanted to use and asked how to use it. She either didn't know how or didn't care to explain because all she said was you can only get one item. Our food came, brought out by other staff and we were missing 3 items. Lola eventually walked by and mumbled enjoy or something and we started to say oh we're missing a kids meal, etc, and she literally cut us off and with a huge attitude, she said "if stuff is missing then they'll bring it out." Well, we did get two items that were missing, but we never got the bacon that was supposed to come with one of our meals, and we didn't want to deal with her attitude again so we just let it go. I don't think I've ever been spoken to like that in a restaurant, ever. On top of we had 7 people in a booth, and our table was overflowing, and not once did Lola remove dishes for us. It was just a disaster of a meal. Worst part is, we were out for one our birthdays and we didn't enjoy anything, we were all just really annoyed. Lola also didn't check on us for the next 20+ mins so we basically finished our meal and she finally came around, we said can we just have two boxes and the check. She never even came by for the check cause we were going to mention the rewards but she didn't come back so we just paid using the app on the receipt. We were fed up at that point so we just wanted to pay. The food is never great but it was the birthday persons choice, but of course, this meal was kind of ruined by the attitude and service. We still tipped her, prob more than anyone else would've tipped her, but we generally are VERY generous tippers, especially since we have kids, but this attitude problem was too much. We spent over $100 and were trying to have a pleasant birthday meal and that just didn't happen.

We ordered a cheese omelette with just four cheese blend and hash browns on the side. When we got home they gave me the meaty cheesy crispy monstrosity they call and omelette. I'm honestly disgusted with how it looks not to mention we told the man over the phone cheese omelette 4 times!!! Now all I have to eat is 2 pancakes for dinner I’m thoroughly disappointed because the take out people are supposed to check the food before it’s bagged from the kitchen and they clearly did not. There goes 18 dollars of my money down the drain.
