Gentlemen, owners of this restaurant. I have been their customers for many years enjoying the very delicious nuegados that they made before, but today I was in their restaurant and I noticed that they have changed the ingredients of the nuegados, they are horrible, breaded texture with a fishy and greasy smell and stuffed with cheese. no yucca flavor. Unfortunately they are going to lose customers due to the poor quality of their food. They no longer give any desire to return honestly.

A place that I can't recommend at all, I asked for something and they gave me something else and then they said it was the waitress's mistake when really it was the kitchen's mistake because when it comes to the waitress Vanessa is the best there, she has the best customer service, it started. She attended to me and then they changed it for me and I received another one that had nothing to do with it. It seems that she was the owner of the restaurant. It's better to send me to call the
Manager or at least a person in charge there and he never arrived, at least out of politeness he would have arrived, he wasn't eating for free 😔

Bad customer service and long wait, I ordered 2 pupusas and battle coke, that took 45 minutes to serve and when I asked for the bill I waited another 30 minutes, I spent $11.37 in total and paid with Apple Pay, when I see my Apple Pay alert it is $30 and not $11.37 it was not right charge

Likely the best pupusas you can get in the area and for a very fair price. The service was very fast, straightforward, and friendly. Just make sure you or someone you're with can speak Spanish! I'd recommend the pupusas revueltas (chicharrón y queso). They were made fresh and were still plenty hot when I got home! The curtido was nice and oniony, though I personally prefer a bit of spice, it was still fantastic. The sauce was perfect in both consistency and flavor. I got the perfect amount of curtido and salsa in relation to the amount of pupusas I ordered. I didn't get a drink but the bar was well stocked from what I could see. Highly recommend this restaurant!

I do not recommend the bean pupusas with cheese since they do not have any cheese, it is just the beans, improve the quality of the pupusas.

The pupusas at Irene’s were good—crispy on the outside and full of flavor inside. However, the overall atmosphere seemed more geared toward guys looking to drink and flirt with the waitresses, which didn’t quite match the cozy dining experience I was expecting. If you’re going for the food, the pupusas are worth a try, but the vibe is more of a bar scene than a family-friendly restaurant.
