If I gave 5 stars they would definitely get one. The food was very good, the coleslaw was the best I've had in a very long time and the homemade lemonade was outstanding. Thank You JCs Crab House for a wonderful seafood/ Crab outing

We came in an hour before closing. Cindy was super nice and very patient. The crab cakes were amazing, the food was nice and hot, and the service was wonderful.

I traveled from New York to MD and I googled CJ crab shack and landed at JC Crab house. 1st Red flag it's Saturday night and the place was completely empty. 2nd Red flag I ordered fried whitening fish and fries to start and the fish was artificial. However, the fries were great. I then followed up with a complete order of 3 because it was a total of 3 of us. Long story short 1 bushel / 1set of crab legs was 35$ not including the seasoning or butter . I asked for a to go container and was given a brown paper bag and was told to put the crab legs in there because they can't fit in the To go container 🤔. I had to demand the container which they did fit in. I also ordered corn on the cob that came served with the sleeve on it 🧐. I would not recommend this place to no one! Customer service is poor along with the food quality , and it's over priced!!!

My homegirl and I came to JC Crab house after work craving crabs on this this nice warm day. We got here around 6pm the place was empty and quiet just for us. We got the shrimp basket and a dozen male crabs…it was delicious! I washed it down with some Riesling wine, I will be be back when the weather breaks :)

I ordered large females and they were very small the crabs were dry they were not fresh just reheated and $5 butter that was not melted.

Such a FUN Atmosphere! I have to compliment Danielle and Sarah for managing such a happy place :) Brody is an attentive server and the food is delicious!

We love this place if you want good talk crab, food, and dining. This is a place lovely restaurant definitely Oceanside's finest.

Probably will not return. First, the good news: free parking, interesting menu, friendly service. The bad news: Noisy, noisy, noisy; the food was not good, difficult to get the attention of our server. I had eaten here before & knew the issue with the music playing too loudly, so I ask for a quiet table in the reservation & then when being seated. The greeter placed us directly underneath a speaker. I assume she could not hear my request because, well, ... The music is so loud & distracting. I got up & looked around for a quieter spot & could not find one. Come here if you do not want to listen/talk to your guests! We ordered crab & shrimp as a starter and the dip was good, but the chips were too thin & weak. My partner ordered coconut shrimp. Evidently the shrimp had been put into a blender, then reformed into something homogeneous and amorphous, coated, then fried. It was mushy inside and looked nothing like a shrimp! I ordered the shrimp lasagna, which is actually a seafood crepe. I intentionally ordered something without spices and yet it came with chili in it! I could not find the server to return it to the kitchen. Also, the menu shows the dish with sauce drizzled, but instead my portion was sitting in a soup of sauce, soggy. Also, my partner ordered a Margarita and could not taste any tequila! Had to order a separate shot to add to the original drink!

We truly enjoyed our lunch at this location. Our server/bartender was very attentive, friendly and accommodating. Our food was just the way we liked it , the hush puppies were my favorite, truly enjoyed everything. We'll return to this location if we are in the area.

Honestly we just spent 3 mins there, since our dog is not allowed. Even though it is a service dog. Pretty wired and I won't book / come again.

We were surprised at how generous the portions were for the prices! The food was delicious and the service was great! Wonderful views of the water! Highly recommend!

Excellent for birthday dinner with a toddler! Staff was incredible and the entire experience was perfect for a toddler!

So myself and 2 other people went to dinner on Saturday it wasn't busy at all maybe 2 other family's I was shocked on a Saturday night. So I'm so confused why are food to sooo long to come out. We waited over a hour and the waitress said I'm so sorry it's taking to long we have a bunch of door dash orders and it's like okay I get it but shouldn't we be priority especially when there was literally only 2 other family's in the restraint it was empty when we got our food it was so cold idk how when it's in a bag steaming just very disappointed the calamari was good tho
