Jerry's isn't what it used to be... Prices went up, menu written in magic marke, and no more secret sauce... Looks like they're not reinvesting into the business. But service was friendly and the chicken Philly was just as good as I remember it. Good luck

I have not been to Jerry's for couple of years now. Today I dropped by and ordered Large Philly Steak and cheese. It's a take out, after I opened it and the bread was hard and burned? W t f?? It means the bread was old, and should not be serving to customers. I doubt I give my business to them again. 1

The black woman with the very short hair is very unprofessional. I overheard her making comments about me and my guest to her co worker and she also was eating before making our food and didn’t wash her hands. Then proceeded to eat again after making our food literally in the view of guests where we could see her. There was literally no proper hospitality or greeting as soon as we walked in the door. The tables were filthy, the workers at this establishment need serious customer service training and in all honesty that lady needs to be fired. Making comments about guests is highly inappropriate.

Every time I visit Chevy Chase, on the way back I stop at Jerry's Subs and Pizza. The food is consistently delicious, especially the subs and pizzas that hit just the right spot. Everything tastes just like I remember, bringing back great memories with every bite. My family & I highly recommend Jerry's for both the food and the exceptional service.

The establishment smelled like a bath bathroom, there were only 2 employees, and they talked over the food a lot. The food was good but the restaurant has serious sanitary issues. On 7/5/24 one of the employees were making subs with no gloves on. Terrible sanitary issue in this restaurant.

Quiet quitting has a restaurant home. No pizza available, no hot subs, bathrooms out of order and the staff could not care less, happy to run off customers. Just close for good already.

A rather sad restaurant. When you walk in, it smells of bathroom cleaning products, and we came in right at 6pm which should be dinner time. We were the only people in the restaurant.

Both bathrooms were out of order. Half the sodas were listed as “out”. No malt vinegar, and one sandwich, ordered with American cheese, got Wiz instead, without comment.

Jerry’s as a chain we’ve had good experiences with - this one was quite a disappointment.

Very Friendly but they don't get orders right at times and what you really want they don't have.

They are never im stock of what you actual want, you reiterate the order several times and they till getg it wrong. Chicken is always fried hard. Lettue to salad always looks brownish and kinda old. They make you feel like you dont have money, when you want additional toppings. it's 2024 , who expects toppings for free in any establishment.

My wife and I had the best fresh tasting Philly cheesesteaks in a while at Jerry's. Service was attentive to our needs and made sure of the items we wanted on

If the owner cared about her customers as much as she does about her personal conversations with her employee- she may actually make it. This place will fail if she hands out the service and food quality that we received today.

It’s not in the best location but it’s clean and the cheesesteaks are good. Customer service was great and friendly.
