They are out of soda, french fries, toilet paper, paper towels, ketchup, and napkins. In addition the employee got an attitude when I asked for a refund on the fries that they didn't even have.. The bathroom had wet floor signs laying flat on the floor and cleaners bottles all over the floor. I am in a wheelchair and I had to move things out of the way only to find no toilet paper..This is the last time I will go there.

Wow! Not in a good way. Let me give to the cooks in the back, they make hot food nd it's on point. Now speaking of the customer service or order taking they are a complete waste of time. I ordered a chicken hot shot with Jalapeno's. 1 st time it came out to be beef, I missed my lunch break. They replaced it with another which I went home and opened. It was missing jalapenos( that they charge for).. next day I mentioned how many issues I was having. They said thiers no manager nd gave me attitude. I ordered the same thing as a day before nd this time it was 5 dollars more then yesterday. No explanation for why! Horid service and untrained staff. I rate it a 10 out of a 100

This Jerry’s has terrible service and never get the orders right it’s been like 5 times I order wings and they never give me my dressing. Will never order from any!! Jerry’s again poor establishment I don’t recommend anyone ever order delivery or eat here they don’t have any customer service.

Three back to back orders went bad. 1st time I was on my lunch and they made me miss it because they made a beef when I asked for chicken. When they made me a chicken. I went home to eat it and it was missing ingredients I had paid for nd were very important to me. I repeated my order to the young man multiple times. Next day, I went to explain my predicament nd asked to get the same order from yesterday and today the sandwich was 5 dollars more with no explanation but a heavy attitude answer. The manager is Saman nd he only works Mondays. So I guess I will be talking to him Monday. Food is fresh and tasty If u can get what u ask for.

I ordered two medium pizzas to claim their $5.99 2-topping Wednesday medium pizza deal (what a steal!) over the phone for in-store pickup. I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and jalapenos and another with extra cheese and onions. The interior was brightly lit and all the indoor seating was vacant except for one where a man in rags was speaking incoherently to himself. When I arrived at the counter, one female employee was sweeping the floor deliberately avoiding eye contact with me and the male cashier was counting money and looked up to stare at me, greetinglessly, until I spoke. I said I was picking up and identified my order. The cashier rang up the total, processed my credit card, and handed me the pizzas. The pizzas were made well and tasted okay but the crust was thicker and the pizza sauce had different flavors from what I know is the signature Jerry's Pizza that I've had for 15+ years. I asked for wet hot peppers that they're known for but it tasted bizarre and seemed like it was mostly ketchup. He seemed bothered and irritated I asked for it. Before the pandemic it used to be out the open under a sneeze guard, self-serve to your heart's content, and most important: FREE. The other locations I've been to (Burtonsville and Fulton) have comparably unenthusiastic staff that make me feel unwelcome, like I'm bothering them by ordering from them and asking for their wet hot peppers, so this one is on par with those. At least they seem to consistently hate me. I wouldn't order from this location again. I know, I know. You're thinking: It's an unassuming, run-of-the-mill pizza joint---what do I expect for two pizzas for 13 bucks? I should have stuck with Digiorno tonight.

On top of poor customer service and rude... this location has crazy random store hours. This is the fourth time I've shown up at any time between 8:30p and 8:45p (right now it is actually 8:35 p.m.) and Google says that it closes at 9:00 p.m. but the doors are locked and they are closed! I even tried calling around 8:30 p.m. (to see if I could pre-order) but they hang up and basically if you try to get anything after 8:25 p.m. they will literally say they are closing soon and not take your order by phone (for pickup!). They close at least 20 minutes (sometimes earlier) almost every night I've shown up and if I don't get there by 8:40p I'm out of luck! The irony is they won't update their Google hours and make a different excuse as to why they are closed early...so I don't even know if their managers know what time they're closing and they're rude as if they don't need your money and don't want to serve you. (I should have just followed my gut and went to Armands Pizzeria - cost more but reliably open and WANT my money/customer loyalty. Lol)

Jerry's was really good at one point. Now, not so much. You get good portions, but it just doesn't taste the same.

Trash service, I try to order food 45 minutes before they close, and the staff just say we’re already close, what is that costumer service? I never came this poor place again

Got two cheesesteaks from here the bread was so soft and fresh, made exactly as we ordered them. A bit skimpy on the tomatoes but they were delicious.

Walked in the store at 8:45pm and they told me the store its closed, I searched it in google and it clearly says pm!! Bad business not coming back to this one ever!

Personal cheese pizza is good and a good deal. They have a new impossible meat sub, wasn't bad. Courteous staff. I do recommend.

I pick up orders for DoorDash here and they always have the order ready at the promised times. Workers are friendly and the place always looks clean!

Ordered pizza from here the other day and a half of a slice was taken before I picked up my order! I've never seen this in my life, lol. Can't y'all make yourselves your own pizza? It's gotta be bad if you have to take a half of a slice from a customer. I don't know what's going on, but either Jerry's needs hire new staff, or they need to pay their staff more so they can afford to eat their own food, hahha.

I have never had a worse experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered delivery and never expected the service we got. When our food was over a half hour late they assured us that our order would be there soon. After another 30 mins, again they said our food would be there any minute. When our food finally arrived over 2 hours from when we ordered, 90 min after the expected delivery time, it was nowhere near edible. It was obvious the food had been ready for over an hour and just sat at the store. When I asked to speak to the person in charge they told me to call back in 15 min when the delivery driver got back. When I called back, they told me the delivery driver/manager(?) still wasn't there and to call back in another 20 min. It ruined our birthday celebration and I will never go back.

Not much to say about this place. It's a good lunch spot. I ordered online through Yelp my Small Grilled Chicken Sub and it was ready when I got there and it was quite the tasty may I add.
