A friend referred me to this restaurant. I was a bit reluctant at first, but once I got here, it exceeded all my expectations. The food was delicious, the environment was clean and beautifully set up, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. Everything about this place was just great!
Lovely place
The food is so good, my stomach almost bursted from overeating. I really couldn’t help myself.
The service is great and the price is friendly.
The food here is great, and the service is excellent.
We ordered over the phone and went in for pickup. I placed two orders of Eru, one with goat and the other with assorted meats and neither disappointed! The flavors were rich and authentic. The lady at the front was moving a bit slowly, but another staff member came from the back to assist and let us know our order was almost ready, which helped speed things up. Overall, great food and a solid experience. I will definitely return!
The ata din din they deliver to you when you order via uber eats is absolute garbage, and they do this intentionally for deliveries they throw fried meat and boiled shaki in there and call it atadindin such a scam place…DO BETTER, this has been done to me too many times
If you’re Nigerian, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED COMING HERE THE FOOD IS AMAZING! I got the goat pepper soup, ewedu with pounded yam and the tilapia. The pepper soup 100000/10 I’m DEFINITELY getting that again. It’s deep and rich with flavor and once you finish the meat you can add rice and keep enjoying every drop! ⚠️truly if you can’t handle or think Tabasco is spicy, this will be too much for you. Trying once but maybe have water and vanilla ice cream ready if this is new to you.
The Ewedu reminds me of my mom’s ❣️. Ewedu when prepped has the similar texture of okra and is paired with a Nigerian stew. It has the tomato bell pepper sweetness with the savory flavor of dried crayfish. I recommend anyone try this!
I didn’t try the fish but my friend who did can’t stop talking about it and it’s been a week lol.
The ONLY reason I can’t give it 5/5 stars is it took SOOO long to get my order. Granted, I came in during lunch on Easter Sunday and put in large order and from my understanding they were short staffed. I will give grace and say if it wasn’t EASTER SUNDAY and of they were staff working, things would’ve moved a lot smoother.
I really did appreciate the woman, who I think is the owner, coming out and checking on everyone waiting for their order. We were given free puff puffs bc it was taking so long. And I was given meat pies bc my took the longest and they have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you’re Nigerian or Nigerian-American it’ll taste like home. Anyone interested in Nigerian food this is the place to check out!
Efo riro was disgusting, I had to throw away the rest of it. It did not taste fresh and meat seemed like it was days old. Plus the shaki was so big and skinny looked nasty. They need to learn from the landover area, not ever ordering efo from this location again! Waste of almost 26 bucks
I got there and had to wait for a while to get seated. Mind you no customer was in there. When my food came it was cold. How can fried rice and plantain be cold. I asked for it to be microwaved. They brought it back after 15 minutes. Don’t know why. I asked for a pack and a bag to take it home. The lady brought a pack no bag. I reminded her of the bag and after waiting for so long. I had to stand up and asked for a bag. Everyone was in the back chitchatting. The slim lady at the front ran to bring the bag.I don’t understand but they lack experience and they need a lot of training on customer service. They just chill and gossip. It’s common practice to check in with your customer if they need anything. But I was chasing them up and down
Excellent Service and amazing food. Order Egusi soup and Fufu, that joint was bussing!!! Also got Jollof with baked chicken, very tender and well cooked chicken! Will definitely be coming back.

I already had high expectations but the food here completely surpassed them! My boyfriend and I ordered a wide range of food including Egusi soup, fufu, fried fish and jollof rice and everything from the flavor to the tenderness was 10/10. We will definitely be back!
The food was great. My first time. Visitor from Miami. The food and service is superb. Will definitely be back.
They gave my order to the wrong driver and refused to remake it. No apologies. No accountability.
This was my first time and I LOVED IT. I’ve been looking for a spot to eat Abula and finally found it. It was tasty. The space is beautiful, customer service is GREAT and has a wonderful experience. I highly recommend
Overall 10/10 experience, y’all come check them out!!
