A cool place with a nice layout. Only downside was app only ordering and the staff rushing us out the door 45 minutes before closing

I wish I'd known beforehand that this was do-it-yourself style. Order from a QR code, get your own water (from single-use disposable cups!), and good luck if you have food allergies trying to ask a question. The servers must be trained to not make eye contact with anyone. I finally flagged someone down to ask some questions, and he was visibly annoyed. Then my bowl came covered in coconut, which wasn't listed on the menu. Food was fine. That's it -- just fine. Kinda bland but not offensive. Even the bathroom didn't have a hook for my purse and the tp holder was falling off the wall (with a hole in the wall) so the tp was sitting on top of the trash can.

I love Kaldi's in so many ways BUT, having frequented it since it opened, I hate its WiFi. While there's a network, it almost never gives me internet access. Instead, whenever I'm there, I'm always prepared with a device I can tether to. I shouldn't have to be.

Nice cozy spot for brunch. I like that you order via the QR reader on the table. Food was delicious and staff were friendly.

I love Kaldi’s! Not only is the food delicious, and the atmosphere friendly, but it opens at 7 AM, even on the weekends. So thankful to have somewhere to take my little one early in the morning.

The Turkish bowl and French toast were both tasty. It's a nice place to hang out for a while, plenty of seating. A bunch of people working on laptops, but also plenty of people hanging out.

That breakfast sandwich was amazing!! I think it was called The Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich. I got it with turkey bacon. It was on point! And I was able to sit at the bar, plug in my work laptop, and get some work done. It was a short visit but very pleasant and productive experience for me.

Great casual brunch place - go early - they run out of the good sweets by 10am..

While the ambiance at Kaldi Social House is undeniably nice—chill vibes, trendy decor—it’s unfortunate that the service doesn’t match the setting. I've visited twice now, and each time the staff has been shockingly rude. It’s clear that the baristas don’t seem to care about customer service. Both times, they were more focused on listening to music through their headphones than on helping customers.

Today, when I ordered two drinks and simply asked which was which, the barista acted like I was being an inconvenience. A basic question, and I was met with a visibly annoyed attitude. This type of overt rudeness is unacceptable, especially when it’s consistent across multiple visits.

A café’s atmosphere is important, but so is the quality of service. Unfortunately, Kaldi Social House misses the mark on the latter. Not impressed at all, and it’s a shame because the place itself has potential. But with staff that seems like they don’t even want to be there, it’s hard to enjoy the experience.

No food is good enough to excuse the apathetic server attitudes and inability to correctly state an order.

Group of 4, two ordered the same thing except one ordered Gluten Free. A severe glutton allergy. So when the server brings over the waffles and is asked if they are glutton free, the server says "Yes". We decide to wait because it doesn't seem correct. Sure enough another waffle order comes to the table and we demand they tell us which is glutton free. The new ones were.

Seriously? This isn't a preference for our friend. Glad we waited or she would have been suffering for days.

There are no real servers, no water or water refills, no one to flag for extra napkins or replacement silverware. Get your own to go containers, not a problem, but no one tells you and it isn't obvious.

If you scan to access the menu, you have the opportunity to put some basic info there. Online menu and scanned menu do not match.

As soon as we walked in, the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. The staff greeted us promptly, and we appreciated the option to choose our own tables.

Being able to order from our phones was a convenient touch. The portion sizes were generous for the price, and we both enjoyed customizing our meals to suit our tastes. Overall, it was a great experience!

I like taking a working lunch here or popping in for a coffee on the weekend. It gives bustling work cafe vibes and the drinks are always on point.
