Was reminded of my old review and had to revise it, since this place turned from a chill coffee house to a loud unpleasant quasi-dance club. The coffee, tea and food and food are still great but it’s not a nice place to hang out anymore.

The main parts of our meals (breakfast sandwich and lox toast) were absolutely delicious; however everything else was extremely cold. For a place known for their breakfast potatoes we were rather disappointed and it’s not like you have a server to speak to about anything. Cold drinks that were supposed to be hot and came out after the food added to the disappointment. Maybe it was an off day :(

Maybe the best coffee in moco. Breakfast is great too. My only complaint is the menu could be larger but they do it well. Warm setting but more of a quick serv establishment instead of a full service restaurant.

Sunday at 2:10pm, Staff were grumpy. No breakfast / brunch available. It turns out they close at 3, so food was automatically packed to go without telling us. When we asked to use the bathroom, they said no, they had already closed them for cleaning. They reluctantly allowed us access only after we expressed the urgency of the situation

Whoever thought of having people order with a QR code, having to pay at time of order and give a tip for absolutely no service, much less giving a customer a dish with an allergen clearly stated in the order was just plain wrong. Other tables also were affronted by this lack of humanity and disregard for a good experience. Too bad.

I eat at Kaldi's weekly, though I might not come back. First, my order got lost for 30 min, but I ate quickly so I could finish by closing. At 3pm a waiter came around telling people they were closing soon. I was getting ready to leave and checking my phone quickly, when the same waiter came back 3 minutes later and told me I needed to leave immediately. As in, I'll stand here til you get out. Basically, I got kicked out of one of my favorite neighborhood places. It was 3:05 when I walked out the door. Several others were still eating when I left.

This is the absolute BEST place to eat breakfast OMG I will drive 5 hours just to eat breakfast
Got a carry-out cheeseburger on Saturday, Mar. 2, 2024. Sunday morning I was sick as a dog. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, chills. Looked it up on-line, said they were symptoms of salmonella poisoning. I've already reported them to Montgomery County. Avoid this place like the plague.

Nice breakfast spot. Little bit of a yuppie-vibe, but overall nice ambience. The digital menu is a bit awkward and takes a second to figure out. Not inexpensive, but quality is roughly in line with cost. Good coffee. Wish they did an English breakfast type offering.

It’s a 4.5 they played music I like though so I’m going to be coming back, great vibes. They play NERD, The Internet and other soulful music.Came for 2nd time had an amazing tropical tea made. Won’t tell you what’s in cause it’s the secret but it was great.
