The staff was completely deceiving. I came in with a issue thinking it would be sliver because I expressed I work in customer service and I know how it can be frustrating. But the staff had other plans of being nasty. I sent my two high schoolers in to place a order. Communication from the staff was completely unknowledgeable. I ended up ordering a six piece, 4 regular sizes, and four biscuits. The chicken was mixed crispy and original recipe when I order original recipe. The fries and biscuits where old. Never thought to look cause I didn't think someone to be that nasty with my food because I had to step in because it was late and people where tired so they thought they'd treat my children any kind of way and give them what they wanted. They literally gave use uncooked powder potatoes with gravy on top. I will never and I mean never go here again. Corporate really needs to get rid of the manager that was there on this night because she was the one who served me those mash potatoes in purpose and I know for a fact it was on purpose.

Ordered a simple 6 pc meal from here online...was supposed to be ready at 645 for pickup. Got there at 645... They didn't have my order even made. First of all, when the app says it's ready at 645 that doesn't mean make it at 645. I didn't receive my order until 715! 30 MIN LATER!!!There were 4 other people waiting too. I was livid so I voiced how livid I was and she threw my bag at me. Don't go here...they speak limited English and they are laughing and lost in the kitchen.

Walked in placed a order (10 nuggets). I waited for 20 minutes. I watched the drive through line move. I watched people come in on foot behind me get their food before me.
Even watched the person that ordered before me come back place a order and got his food instantly. I asked for a refund and the staff was trying to reason with me and offer to make my food when they could've easily made it in said 20 minutes of time. I litterally had to beg for my refund. Will never return.

My chicken was greasy and the skin was falling off the meat. To top it off we order two orders of fries. The fries are stale and greasy practically inedible. I also got a combo from the Taco Bell half of KFC I got my chicken quesadilla but did not get my taco. The chicken from the quesadilla smell and taste horrible, I couldn’t even eat it. I will never order from here again. Terrible service overall and the workers there hardly spoke English.

There was this girl that was screaming at me in the drive through and told me to go inside with an attitude. When I went in they gave me even more attitude. I’m a grown man so don’t be yelling at me when your having a bad day.
Being in the food industry for 7 years I have to say that this was probably one of the most disorganized KFC franchises that has really went below standards. When I arrived to pick up my order, there was no one there to greet me. However, there were four other people ahead of me just standing around but turns out to be they were also waiting for their order that they ordered online. And one of those four was from doordash. So, I approached to the front of the registers since no one was there and saw all the employees running all over the place. It came to my attention that they were mostly attending to the people that was going through the drive-thru instead of the people that was walking in to the register to order or to pick up their meal. One lady was very frustrated because she said that she waited for 30 minutes. I don't know if that was true because her obese size tells me that she was waiting for 5 minutes and can't wait to get her hands on some food. Anyway, as I approached I spoke in the language I was raised from my parents which is Spanish. They responded and had my meal ready to be taken from me. Overall, this was a classic case of disorganization for the front counter to greet customers that walk in or need to pick up their order and/or place an order. Heads would have rolled if I was in charge for not having at least 1 associate work in the front counter. Plus, the drive-thru is for people who are in a hurry or just don't feel like coming out of their cars for some reason. In conclusion, you can take a chance in ordering through the front counter or drive-thru. But the safest bet is online because at least you know you have an order waiting for you!

I would never want to eat at this place ever again. We actually wanted to have lunch but the food we got was absolutely horrendous we actually didn’t expect it. The fried chicken and sandwich tasted horrible meaning it was not fried well and everything about it was not right. The costumer service was bad the lady had attitude like why u be giving me attitude with my own money and the bathroom was a different topic.Shame on them for this type of food they served.
