My husband and I stopped at the Blair Rd KFC on a Friday eve. The drive thru was busy, at least a 20 min wait to final window to get food. Unlike 6 other cars, we were asked to pull over and wait for our order. I finally went inside and after waiting again, a woman introduced herself- I believe the manager- and she said she would prepare the order. She added two items as compensation and brought the order out to the drive thru. She was wonderful but some of the staff in the restaurant seemed very apathetic. Perhaps poor wages or treatment at the store in general. A 30-40 minute wait.

Good food , workers are nice. Usually the same lady takes your order and she is cordial. Overall nice expereience and great food , both the taco bell and kfc taste as good as their respective restaurants and its nice being able to choose between the two.

Chicken was ALMOST RAW. The wrong order. Soda was completely flat and tasted like nothing. Terrible all around. Terrible food. Terrible service. Terrible management. Terrible store. Do not go here.

BOGO means double the entire meal. Delivery order: Ordered a 5pc tender combo BOGO. I got 1 drink, no sauces for 10 strips and couldn't do a review on Ubereats. Now we're here. It must be a really difficult job to understand what BOGO means. Being in a wheelchair and alone, I can't go get my food. I am dependent on delivery. They don't care here.
