Good sushi, but you can tell they stopped caring about the interior a long time ago. Over half of the fountain drink options were out of service, including water. This was a Friday afternoon too. Worth a try for takeout but I don't recommend sit down.

Terrible. I ordered two chicken hibachi boxes on uber eats. (I selected white rice and no veg). The ratio of chicken to rice was appalling. It about 1 chicken to 5 rice. What a rip off for so little chicken and mostly rice. Ive been to other hibachi restaurants that werent so bad. The spicy sauce is diluted with water. Spend your money elsewhere.

Kobe Japan has the best sushi in all of Aspen Hill. Kobe Japan also has amazing service and the owner is always in there helping and making sure the workers get everybody else’s order correct. Thank you, Kobe Japan. I will be back for more!

sushi was good but they messed up the order

I am totally disappointed with this rice. I ordered a dry rice today and it was flavorless and they didn't put any sauce on it. I can't believe I paid money for it and it wasn't worth it.

I haven't been here in person. I've only ordered for delivery. I bought the chicken hibachi. It has nice flavoring. A reasonable portion of chicken. The rice was excellent. The sauce the next day can hurt ya. I absolutely recommend the beef and shrimp bento box. That was all around delicious, filling, even portions, and cooked great.

The food was not great. The noodles had a weird flavor, it tasted old. I got a bunch of small little pieces of chicken and they weren’t crispy. The white rice was dry. They were putting the noodles on a plastic tray and then throwing them onto the grill. We dined in and the seats were sticky. Gross. No soap in the bathroom either. The guy taking orders was friendly. Very disappointed experience. Will not be returning.
