The food was really good, fast food/takeout atmosphere yet sit down restaurant quality of food. The service was also good with a warm inviting spirit. I sadly had to take 1 star away because out of the corner of my eye I saw a mouse.
Koite Grill is a delicious and authentic Senegalese restaurant located in Silver Spring, Maryland. I recently went with my dining companion who happens to be Senegalese. We originally made a reservation, but it became clear when we arrived that this reservation had not been communicated to the 3 youths working the restaurant. Great food! So glad that we finally made it. I’m definitely going to make it a point to eat here again and again until I sample the entire menu. Enjoyed the music videos too and the overall vibe. Unpretentious, while tasteful atmosphere.
