If i could give no star i would. Terrible Matcha Latte I ever had in my life. Taste just like milk mixed with a dust of green Matcha. Wont order this again.

I don’t understand the customer service. You have to wait for your orders while you are seeing them on the table already ready? The employee just ignore the people standing there at the pick up area? This place always annoys me.

The boba is very good. Really loved the mango boba

Completely disappointed today with the service, I had to wait half of an hour for my drinks which it was not cool. They used to be pretty good with timing but now the wait rime is horrible, this is the second time that the same incident happened within a week smh
If I don’t asked the Latina lady for my order they would still sitting down on the table melting down.

Terrible Customer Service. Seems like they dont care

We walked up to pick up a pre-order and someone came and kept putting orders in the fridge and never once looked up and asked us if we were there to pick up? I finally had to put my head over the tall counter, and say excuse me to get someone's attentionAlso my son is in a power wheelchair so I hate to think that's the reason no one asked him if he was there to pick up.

Has plant-based/vegan almond milk option!

My son in law bought a drink at this nasty place for himself and my pregnant daughter and she began to throw up and had an entire diarrhea. My son in law also started cramping and not feeling good. Whatever these people are doing is disgusting and sad. Clean your damn place before serving people .

This place is run by teenagers and the attitude is that of bored teenagers. No atmosphere for anything whatsoever and the wait time is just ridiculous. 5 people working there and not one will give you any eye contact. All. Wry bad experience.

Fantastic customer service!!!

I went to this place and they didn’t make my drink cold like I asked it was literally hot drink with ice and cold water. But the manager was kind enough to help me so shout out to A. And second time around I got good Customer service.
