I went to this place and they didn’t make my drink cold like I asked it was literally hot drink with ice and cold water. But the manager was kind enough to help me so shout out to A. And second time around I got good Customer service.

This beautiful place is located inside the Ellsworth plaza ground floor, many options to choose from, both hot and cold, flavored with various fruity and innovative flavors. The service is pretty fast and the staffs was very friendly. If you like bubble tea, I guess this is the only place to get it in downtown silver spring. I recommend you to visit this place.

The bobba tea is just amazing. I tried the rosehip bobba milk tea for the first time and it was so refreshing and flavorful! Whatever drink you order, make sure to add some extra bobba! I accidentally spilled my entire drink near the counter and the server was kind enough to make me another drink, special appreciation for that?
