Good tonkotsu ramen and sake dinner date!! Not too loud inside either and very fast service.

I love anime, samurai culture and of course Japanese food! I’ve eaten here many times and got a sweet coupon one time too. Nothing like a delicious bowl of sesame oil udon with meat and vegetables. Just hits the spot!

Just had an awesome meal at Kusshi Sushi last week with my friend. She is a sushi lover and mentioned the sashimi was fresh and perfect. The sweet shrimp was sweet, dedicate, and tasty. She loved the crispy shrimp head too. The vibe was chill and the staff were super nice. She said the price was only half of what she would pay in New York. If you love sushi, do yourself a favor and hit up Kusshi.

We ordered a sushi bowl and a few specialty rolls, and everything was delicious. The sushi was especially fresh and seemed to be made with high-quality fish. The rice was well-seasoned and perfectly prepared. Overall, it's a great sushi spot with good quality at a reasonable price.

Second time coming to this place and just leaving because the only person on the floor has a nasty vibe.

Service during lunch has always been slow, which is fine because there’s normally only one person on the floor, but slow service with a bad attitude? 🙂‍↔️

Large portions of well prepared dishes. Worth a visit for the food, but the atmosphere needs work. It looks like a college cafeteria and they play loud and annoying techno music. Maybe order the food to go.

Went out for a friend’s birthday. The food was DELICIOUS and our server Kyle was very attentive and gave us a lil desert treat on the house. Highly recommend, great atmosphere all around.

Great and fresh sushi! The environment was busy, however we were served quickly and our server was absolutely lovely. I highly recommend the Tiger Roll if you enjoy tempura and eel!

My family are regulars. I was initially worried that opening a Japanese place just two blocks from Sushi Jin wouldn’t be good for either restaurant but we’ve been going to both at least 1/mo since Kushi opened. Outside of sushi, their menus are pretty different and have their own strengths. Highly recommend Kushi’s chicken katsu and curries. Kushi wings are also great. Staff has always been nice and there’s usually another table with kids, like us. But it’s not crazy. It’s a great space but half the time it can get a bit (cooking) smoky.

Kid-friendliness: This is not a place for rowdy kids since it’s one big open space for everyone to hear and see anything that might go crazy. But the staff is flexible and perfectly welcoming for grade-school aged kids. There’s also never a line for either of the (gender-less) bathrooms.
