I bought French and the quality control is worrying, my son got a wire when he bit it and thank God he noticed it and if that little son would have been terrible if he swallowed the metal I had stopped buying there because one day we saw the the showcases were cute and I told them what happened

Honestly, I love the flavor, I have been buying for years but I pay 350 per cake, what did they say they fondan and beautiful just as I showed it? I was disappointed when I saw it. If they don't know how to work, they fondan better, sincerity :( expectation to reality, what a shame I DO NOT RECOMMEND PAGEN FONDAN or however it is written

Moved to the neighborhood not too long ago. I visit this place almost every weekend for pan dulce. Conchas are great! All bread is fresh in the mornings of course! I don’t get the bad reviews.

The bread is very good... but the customer service is super bad, the employees who serve you are always with a face of annoyance attending. Yesterday 05/07/2023 after 7pm I had to wait for one of them to finish gossiping with another colleague on her cell phone so that she could complete my order. And I said excuse me, I need more bread and her response was wait, I have to answer my mom, I mean, as a customer, you have to wait for them to gossip.
