⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Ethiopian Dining Experience at Langano Ethiopian Restaurant
Langano Ethiopian Restaurant is truly a gem. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by an exceptionally clean space, a beautiful and welcoming ambiance, and staff who make you feel completely at home. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and authentically Ethiopian.
I had the pleasure of being served by two wonderful staff members, Y and E, who were not only beautiful inside and out but also incredibly courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and had an exceptional dining experience.
The food is simply superb — rich in flavor, fresh, and beautifully prepared. To make the experience even more special, they always have Ethiopian music playing, which adds to the lively and entertaining atmosphere.
If you’re looking for a true Ethiopian dining experience, don’t go anywhere else — Langano Ethiopian Restaurant is the place to be!

I like to come here once a week at least due to for the great food, live music and very friendly staff. All of them are very friendly and welcoming. They also free parking.

I’ve visited this restaurant multiple times, and they truly never disappoint. This last visit, our server Saron was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She made adjustments to our meal options without hesitation and was so accommodating the entire time. Honestly, the whole staff is always warm and welcoming, which is one of the main reasons I keep coming back.
The food is always flavorful, fresh, and beautifully seasoned. They’re also great about handling dietary restrictions—I'm sensitive to dairy and certain meats, and they always find a way to make sure I have options that work for me.
The only very minor thing I noticed was a small mix-up with a sambusa order, which I think was just a communication hiccup between the kitchen and the front staff—but it didn’t take away from the overall experience at all.
Overall, this restaurant remains one of my favorites. Every visit feels consistent, delicious, and genuinely enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

Not a very good customer service, staff don’t speak English well. some are ok can understand a bit but not most of them are difficult to communicate with. It had a Selective atmosphere limited to a certain group of people. The Owner is not willing to listen to our request and discuss the problem we faced rather shows an” I don’t care” kind of attitude . He lacks decency and courtesy. If you are an American, I would not recommend this place. You may be disappointed.

It’s a great neighborhood restaurant. As far as I can tell, it’s authentic Ethiopian food. We love Veggie Combo, Fish Gulash and Lamb Girgiro.

We’ve been going to this restaurant about once every other week, but after our last visit on October 14, 2025, we’ve decided TO NEVER RETURN BACK.
That night, no one acknowledged our presence for over 20 minutes. We tried to be understanding since it seemed a bit busier than usual, but even after we waited another 20 minutes and called one of the waitresses, there was still no response, and We eventually had to go up to the counter ourselves to place an order.
What made it worse is that we’re regular customers—some of the staff even recognize us by face—yet there was no apology or explanation for the poor service. It was truly disappointing and disrespectful.
We’ve previously overlooked their hefty and inconsistent pricing which many have complained just because we enjoyed the live music, but after this experience, we can’t ignore the complete lack of customer service anymore.
NO GOING BACK!
