The overall rating is lower because of all the extra charges. The main course does not come with a side; you have to pay for that separate. The injera bread is a sperate charge, and the additional charge is not listed on the menu. I found that to be dishonest. Also, the additional liquor charge, in the form of tax, is not listed. Unfortunately, the service, the atmosphere, and the food is very good. I enjoyed sitting there.

Unpleasant experience. I don’t recommend this place.

The food is delicious and plentiful, with many vegetarian options. And the service is prompt and friendly.

The atmosphere is mostly inviting, as well. But the evening we visited, the music was a bit too loud for the best conversation.

I recently dined at **Langano Ethiopian Restaurant**, and the experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the cozy atmosphere and the tantalizing aromas wafting from the kitchen.

The highlight of my visit, however, was the food. I ordered the *Yebeg Tibs* and *Vegetarian Combo*, both of which were bursting with flavor. The *injera* was soft, fresh, and complemented the spicy and savory dishes perfectly. The lentils and stews in the combo were well-seasoned, each with its own unique taste that harmonized beautifully on the plate.

But beyond the food, the service was stellar. My server, **Semeret**, truly stood out. She was incredibly warm and attentive, offering suggestions from the menu with a genuine enthusiasm for the cuisine. Semeret ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal without being intrusive. Her friendliness and deep knowledge of Ethiopian dishes made the dining experience even more enjoyable.

Langano Ethiopian Restaurant is a gem for anyone looking to experience authentic Ethiopian cuisine, with excellent service to match. If you go, be sure to ask for Semeret—you won't be disappointed!

The service was TERRIBLE. It took about 10 minutes for anybody to even acknowledge that we sat down. Then we were given menus and the server disappeared for another 10-15 minutes. After ordering our food it took another 15 minutes to actually take our drink order to which never refilled. She never checked on us AT ALL. After our food arrived we had to flag her down just to get a to go box and bill. It was really TERRIBLE customer service.

Everytime I order takeout from this place they charge me for ethiopian injera (imported) but they make my dish with the local injera. I even reiterated to the server at the gate in addition to stressing it over phone while placing the order. However they kept on making the same mistake over and over again. So disappointed!
