Too much waiting time for the food

This place makes me hate our food I don't think so I'm going to eat Ethiopian food again. Everything here is unpleasant.

My boyfriend and I love to go to Lucy's. This restaurant was my first time eating Ethiopian food and I absolutely love it now! The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious and flavorful. The staff is always great! No complaints! Highly recommend!!

Trying to order catering, everything time I call they ask you the order as new. There is no communication between different shifts and managers

When I tell you everything is great... EVERYTHING is GREAT. I have no complaints about the food, but they can definitely get a better drink selection. Add the fried fish with salad to your meal... The Lucy salad

The food is AWESOME. If you want an authentic Ethiopian food and experience, this is the place to come. Everything will remind you of Ethiopia.

The people, food and atmosphere. The bar with people sitting there and other people just enjoying themselves drinking coffee or beer.

Doro wot is one of the best in the area, good combo options. Lots of seating in the restaurant.

If you have any food allergy please do not go over here, they don’t value their customers lives, I told the lady that took my order countless times that I don’t eat lemon, I kept telling her because I didn’t want them to make a mistake with my order , but just what did , they added lemon to my salad and lemon slices on top of my fish . Don’t go there.

I wish I could give zero star. I don't understand how this place is still open.We order fasting food and waiting for more than 1hr 30min.after she bring the food, we got meat on the food and other spoiled things on it. the quality & taste of the food so bad and obnoxious.When we ask the waiters, they never want to talk or apologize and the owner or manager, knowing and seeing what happened with us, did not want to come and talk. they are so disrespectful & they just focus on money not for customers health safety. i don't recommended for anyone this restaurant. Please be aware

We were scammed today. I left a 30% tip and then the waitress said she hadn't included a beer. I said take it out of the tip. She said that was not allowed. I gabmve her a five just to avoid stress. But I will not go back.

I like this restaurant because of some reason,They have a nice customer care, with delicious food and attractive Ethiopian coffee ceremony.by the way I forgot to tell you about staff members,They are very friendly and nice. I had a wonderful time and i had delicious food with my friends.
I recommend this place for anyone who wants delicious food with a nice atmosphere and good serving.

I visited this restaurant today with my family for the first time and i was so amazed by their service. The food was so delicious. The waitress who was serving us was so professional, attentive and very friendly.I will definitely recommend this place to everyone who likes to have good Ethiopian meal with warm service👌

I have been here so many times and the food and service was good but, this time I brought my family thinking we are going to get the same treatment, but The worst customer service I have ever experienced. our food took an hour and the waitress was very unprofessional and forgetful l wish I could rate it 0 star.

The worst restaurant experience we ever had! We waited an hour for our food and it was ice cold kitfo. On top of the wait she forgot to bring some of the food. Our server Aster, was very unprofessional and keeps forgetting everything and didn’t even care when we told her the food was cold. Instead she was arguing with us. We ask for ginger tea she gave us hot water and charge $2 for hot water. Don’t waist your time or your money here. There are so many better restaurants in the area.
