The vibe and the service was good, however there was hair in my food. The server was nice enough to have them remake it in the back so I can take home, but when I got home I found two more pieces of hair. So I probably won’t be back, but the drinks were realllllly good and the servers were nice!

The staff recommended the vegetable dumplings and the Rocky shrimp and both came out very unpleasing I didn’t get a picture of the shrimp but they were very small and uncooked I explained that I didn’t want the food and the manager Eric came and told me and my friend to know what we are ordering how rude or he couldn’t take it off our bill next time.

Really fun hibachi spot. Tried a couple sushi rolls - the million dollar roll (delicious) and a shrimp tempura roll (good). Also got veggie potstickers, they had excellent flavor.
Portions are massive! I got shrimp, scallop, and lobster hibachi, it was way too much to eat at one time. The seafood was good quality and fresh. The mushroom/clear soup and ginger salad were pretty standard for a hibachi place.
The servers were very helpful with a food allergy in our party. The bathroom could use attention - some of the stall doors don’t close properly.
Dietary restrictions: They brought out separate rice from what was made on the hibachi for my friend with gluten allergy.

We love Hibachi Steakhouses and this one certainly did not disappoint. I had the Filet Mignon, and it was tender and delicious. I like that both noodles and fried rice were included in the meal. Service was friendly and accommodating. I particularly liked that the manager was present and checking to ensure everything was running smoothly. Great Hibachi Steakhouse in the area.

Went in with family today and had a wonderful time. The waitress was very sweet and the cook was amazing. Our food was super yummy ?. After tipping our cook surprised us with balloons which was very nice of him. I would 100% recommend our cook but I didn’t catch his name. Overall, 10/10 would come back again!!

We went to Mass Habachi to celebrate my son’s 28th birthday. We had dinner at a hibachi table. Our chef was a comedian as well as an excellent cook. Food allergies were observed and everyone enjoyed their meal as well as the show!
Dietary restrictions: I have allergies to shrimp and Lobster. Our chef cooked my food first. They asked before we ordered whether anyone had dietary restrictions and then the chef asked again before the he began cooking.
Kid-friendliness: I saw families (2) with children dining while we were there.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 elevators outside of Masa which is on the second floor. Anyone in a wheelchair will have to use an elevator otherwise it would be hard to get upstairs. One was out of service when we visited but the other one was working.

Unsanitary. The chef that was cooking our food threw shrimp that fell on the table on our plater didn’t even ask us if it was okay( which was not). When we spoke to the manager she brushed it off as if it was okay. Terrible hibachi experience the dude had AirPods on didn’t care at all.
